Relativity: The Industry Standard for Customizable Review Software (Full Transcript)

Speaker 1: Relativity is the worldwide industry standard for review software, having the highest level of scalability and options for customizations. The program interface is simple. On the left side, documents can be organized or folded in whatever manner you wish, by collection source, custodian, topic, whatever works best for your case. The list of documents appears in the middle with the fields and columns that you see being totally customizable as well. There are multiple options for adjusting your view, filtering, and searching. Just click on any document to begin your review. The document appears on the left-hand side of the screen and your customizable coding pane with tags appears on the right. The panes can be split and appear on different monitors if your team is using dual monitor setup. You can view a rendering of your document, look at it in the native format, or see an image of the file so you can see versions of the production and the redactions that have been applied. The coding pane is fully customizable, with different coding layouts available for different teams and the ability to allow users, if you wish, to manage their issues and tags themselves. Relativity supports all the things you'd expect to see in a review platform. Keyword highlighting, redactions and attachments, viewing threading, near duplicates and duplicates. Relativity even has its own option for analytics or supports integration with other analytics programs, such as Brainspace, NextLP, or H5 Matter Analytics. The real power and value of Relativity is being able to customize it and set up any options that may be needed for a particular team. If you have the contract team that doesn't need to see much, then you can block many of the options from them. If you have the power users who need to really dig into that data and use all the features, then you can open up the options and give them access to the full power of the program. What makes it stand apart as an industry leader is the wide range of customizations available and the fact that you can do all those customizations yourself. Since Relativity is all based on the web, anyone who has the proper rights can administer the software. If you have the knowledge and the privileges, you have full control. With the right permissions, you can set all of your tags and choices that reviewers may need. You have the control to create batches for your reviewers and monitor their progress. And you can run your own productions when you need the work done. Administrators can run search term reports that provide information as well as tag items containing those terms, too. Those tags can be used in reports or to create faster and more complex searches. When it comes to options and control for administrators and users, Relativity is peerless, which is why it's one of the biggest names in the industry.
