[00:00:00] Speaker 1: In this video, we'll show you how to find a meeting in Fireflys, review summaries and action items, and collaborate with your team. From your Fireflys dashboard, head to Meetings on the left. This is the home for all your recorded conversations. Here, you'll see different views like my meetings, the meetings you were part of, all meetings shared with you or your team, meetings specifically shared with you, voice agent meetings, the calls run by Fireflys. You can search by meeting title or keyword and filter by participant, date range, or duration to quickly find what you're looking for. Click into any meeting to open it. When a meeting opens, everything is organized into a few clear areas. On the right, you'll see the transcript and Ask Fred. In the main panel, you'll see the recording, summary, notes, and action items. On the left, you'll find multiple insights to explore the meeting in more detail. Let's walk through each. On the right-hand side is the transcript. You'll see speaker names, timestamps, and the full conversation. If someone left a comment, you'll see a comment bubble in the transcript. Clicking it shows who commented and what they said. You can search the transcript, make quick edits, or jump to any moment by clicking a line. Next to the transcript is Ask Fred. You can ask questions about this meeting or anything from the web. You can use the suggested prompts or type your own question. In the main panel, you'll see the meeting summary at the top. This highlights key points from the meeting. Each item is timestamped, so clicking it takes you directly to that moment in the meeting. Below that, you'll see detailed notes followed by action items. Action items are automatically captured, assigned to owners when mentioned, and linked back to where they came up in the conversation. You can expand, edit, or jump straight to the discussion. You can also edit the summary directly if you want to add context or make changes, and easily copy the entire summary to share it wherever you need. By default, Fireflies generates a general summary, but you're not limited to that. You can switch between different summary templates based on your role, or use AI apps to generate customized summaries, like Bant, Candidate Feedback, or other role-based summaries. If you don't find what you need, you can also create a custom AI app. We'll cover AI apps in more detail in a later video. At the bottom of the screen, you can play the recording, skip forward or backward, and adjust playback speed. You can also download the meeting, including the transcript, summary, video, or audio, in the format you need. At the top, you can rename the meeting, regenerate notes, or update the meeting language if needed. On the left-hand side, you'll find Smart Search. This lets you explore the meeting by topics and keywords, sentiment, speaker talk time, questions, and metrics. You'll also see sections for notes, action items, and popular topics, all pulled directly from the conversation. Soundbites let you turn key moments into short, shareable clips. You can create a soundbite by selecting part of the transcript, or let Fireflies suggest soundbites automatically. These are great for sharing highlights without sending the full meeting. You'll also see all comments here, making it easy to track feedback and discussions around the meeting. In the top right corner, you'll find the sharing options for this meeting. From here, you can copy the meeting link or click Share. Here, you can share by name, email, or user groups, and also share the meeting to connected tools like Slack. Sharing follows your default privacy settings, which were set during onboarding. These defaults control who can view or access meeting notes. If you need to change access for this specific meeting, you can do that right here. You'll also see viewer activity, showing who has viewed the meeting notes and when. This gives you full control and visibility over how meetings are shared. And that's a wrap. That's how you review, search, and share meeting notes in Fireflies.
