[00:00:00] Speaker 1: What if I told you I never actually recorded this? This is an AI version of me that looks like me, sounds like me, and can turn a script into an entirely new on-camera performance. It's called AI Twin, and it's now built directly into Riverside. So I can give it something I wanna say, generate the video, and then keep editing that footage just like any other Riverside recording. In this video, I'll show you how to create your own AI Twin, how the process works, and some of the situations where I think this could actually save creators a lot of time. The idea behind AI Twin is to help you create more of what you wanna say without always needing to get back in front of the camera. You still decide what you wanna say, you write or provide the script, and then AI Twin gives you another way to turn that idea into video without having to set up your camera and record another take every single time. So let me show you how that works. The first thing you'll need to do is create your AI Twin inside Riverside. In the Riverside homepage, you'll notice a new tab on the left-hand side of your Riverside interface that says AI Twin in the Generate section. Click on that, and you're guided to create your own AI Twin from a recording of yourself. First of all, give your twin a name. I'm gonna call mine Benny since that's kind of what I go by on social media. Then you want to select the recording that Riverside will analyze and create your AI Twin from. It doesn't super matter what recording you choose, just make sure that your face and voice are nice and clear in the image. This will help deliver the best result. Once you've done that, go ahead and click on Create AI Twin. Before anything is generated, Riverside will show you a consent screen explaining how your likeness and voice will be used to create your AI Twin. You'll also confirm that you have permission to create the twin, in other words, that it's actually you. Once you're ready, go ahead and click Agree and Create. From here, Riverside will start creating your AI Twin. This could take a few minutes to process, but once it's ready, you get a preview of what your twin looks like and how it sounds. So if I click on this, hi, I'm Benny's AI Twin. This is a quick preview of how I look and sound. I get a quick preview of what it sounds like. Once that setup is complete, you now have an AI Twin that you can use to generate new videos. And this is something you only need to set up once before you start creating with it. But you can also create multiple AI Twins for each video you're matching it with. From here, the process is pretty simple. You start with something you wanna say. You can write your script directly in Riverside, or if you've already written it somewhere else, you can just paste it in. Your scripts can be up to 5,000 characters, so this doesn't have to be limited to a five-second clip or a one-quick sentence. You can generate something a little more substantial, like an update, an educational video, an intro, or another section of a larger piece of content. But for this example, I'm actually generating the exact intro that you watched at the beginning of this video. So I'll just go ahead and paste a script for that intro right here. And then Riverside takes that script and creates a new on-camera performance using your AI Twin. So instead of going back to your camera, setting up your lights, recording another take, transferring the footage, and bringing it into your edit, which will always take you longer than you expect it to, you now have a new piece of footage created from the script. Let me take a look at the result here. What if I told you I never actually recorded this? This is an AI version of me that looks like me, sounds like me, and can turn a script into an entirely new on-camera performance. Looks pretty good. And again, I didn't record a new take for this. This was generated from the AI that I created earlier. But I think one of the more useful parts of this is actually what happens after the video is generated, because the AI Twin video becomes another recording inside Riverside. So there isn't this separate workflow where you generate something in one tool, download the file, upload it somewhere else, and then finally start editing. You can immediately keep working on it. So now I have the generated video as a new recording in Riverside. You can add B-roll or other visuals, create captions, add your branding, turn it into clips, and continue building out the video inside the Riverside editor. So AI Twin is really another way of creating the footage that goes into the rest of your existing workflow. And there are a few situations where I think this starts to make a lot of sense. The obvious one is simply creating something new. If you have an idea for a finished script, but don't wanna set up another recording session, you can turn that script into an on-camera video. And the same idea can apply if you wanna personalize content for different customers or audiences, or adapt your content for different markets and regions. The point isn't necessarily that every video you make suddenly needs to be generated with AI. It's that you now have another option when recording everything again doesn't necessarily make sense. So that's AI Twin inside Riverside. You create your twin once, give it a script, generate a new on-camera performance, and then continue editing that video alongside the rest of your content inside Riverside. And I think the biggest benefit really comes down to having more ways to create without needing another filming session every single time. So if you wanna try AI Twin in Riverside, you can use the link in the description to get started.
