[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Scheduling the same webinar over and over again gets really tedious, especially with invites, too, because you have to make sure your details and branding are correct for every single one of them. But now with Riverside, you can set up recurring webinars. So whether it's a weekly training, a recurring workshop, a course or a live series you host every month, whatever it is, you can now do it all one and done. So let's dive in and see how it works. So from your Riverside planner, we can go ahead and just add a webinar and I'll go ahead and add a title onto here as well. And instead of having to create an instance of this for every single session that you want to create, you can use this dropdown menu to set how much and how frequently you want this to reoccur. So no matter which one of these options you select, it'll bring up this window that gives you further customization and how frequently you want these webinars to occur. So you can set a custom frequency here and also specify how and when you want the reoccurrence to end. So I'll just set this back to weeks to make this next part easier to see. Let's go ahead and hit done and then create webinar. And now if we go back to our planner here and we skip ahead to that date that we set, we see that the last one is scheduled here. And because we selected August 26th, there's no other webinars scheduled on that day or after it. And it ends the webinar recurrence. And in addition to this, every single person that registers only has to register one time to be added to every single instance of this workshop. So they can just register once through the single registration form instead of having to sign up separately for every single session. And speaking of the registration, if we go over to manage the webinar, we'll see that when we go up to a registration tab here, you can customize every touch point of the webinar experience from the registration page and event environment to post event follow up emails. So your audience enjoys a fully branded experience from start to finish. So as an example, if we just start editing some of these content fields here, let's just go to the description. We can add a description. We can also customize how many fields we want in this registration form if we want to remove some or if we want to add some. So let's say we want to add a question like, have you run interviews before? And we can select whether or not we want that to be required to feel. But anyways, we can go ahead and save that. And now we have it on our invite list as well. You can also embed the invite to edit wherever you want. So whether you're sending these as emails or linking to a Web page, the entire experience is customizable, including the design aspect as well. So if we go up to the design tab up here, we can add a logo or a background. The logo will appear up here in the top right of the invite. And then the background, of course, will go behind. So it's not just a plain white or plain other background. And that background can be an image or a color if you so choose. And then lastly, we can preview what this will look like on a desktop and a mobile device. So this is actually what they'll see when they open the invite to register. And then when we select update changes, we can select if we want it to be on this specific event or if we want it to be on this one and everyone that comes after it or all of the events in this recurring webinar series. So we can go ahead and hit update. And that is how we customize the invite experience as well. So now webinars on Riverside are easier to schedule, easier to manage and easier to make your own. Thank you so much for watching and we can't wait to see what you create.
