+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hello, I'm Amy and I work as a product manager at Slack. Over the past year, we have built new ways to use Slack as a main gateway to Salesforce. Today, I want to show you the latest way to try Salesforce through Slackforce. Slackforce is an interactive screen built by Slackbot for you when you request, relying on the context and data from Slack and any connected system such as Salesforce. All you have to do is simply ask Slackbot, In my work, I need to track product opinions, time tables for releases, usage directions, and much more. But instead of trying to collect all that information in my presentation, I ask Slackbot to build a Salesforce screen. Slackbot takes the context from my channels, Canvas files, and other tools that I use in a specialized and interactive presentation for the latest features. But this is not just a fixed control panel. It is a live presentation of my work, and it is fully interactive. So, if you want to get more information, you can scroll to get more details. I don't need to move between tabs or applications. And because this lives inside Slack, it is a collaboration at its core. And I can share it with my team so that we can work together. This is how I use Slackforce's screen as a product manager. And in any team, anyone can build a screen dedicated to using Slackforce. I have a sales list of sales lines, and they can plan customer visits based on Salesforce data. The service teams have a list of categories to deal with the size of the cases. The marketers can create immediate presentation offers. The possibilities are limitless. My team even built a game that relies on our plan to enter the market. It may not be the most important use case. But you can build anything, really. Now your team can build a Slackforce screen for any type of business. All of this is live, shared, and based on your work data and its context. All you have to do is ask.
