Speaker 1: Hello viewers, welcome back to the channel. I hope you're doing well this lovely Friday. So today, what I will be showing you is how you can get the Auto AI software 100% free so you can transcribe audio automatically. OK, this is going to be a rinse and repeat method, which you which means that you can do it over and over and over again. OK, I'm going to be showing you step by step how to do it, because I've seen some of the comments that most of you guys do not know how to do it yourselves or you've been struggling or you quite don't understand how to go about it. OK, but I found a neat trick on how to get the audios for free. It's the software for free over and over, which I will show you today step by step. So pay attention. OK, pay very close attention. I will show you how to download the MP3 audio files from the websites. OK, and I will show you how to get the software for free and do the whole transcription. So first, what you will need is the audio itself. This is GoTranscript. Now for GoTranscript, you can just right click here and save audio as is. OK, right click, save audio as is, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever. It's going to save the audio. OK, now for transcribe me, you will need to use a different method. So just right click on the page itself. View page source, click view page source. OK, it's taking you over to this page here for depending on your browser. It may open up a separate window or just a new column on the same page. Then together, click control F, then search MP3, OK, it needs to be HTTPS. OK, it starts with HTTPS and end with MP3. So that is the whole URL of the file itself. Then you right select it, right click and copy. OK, I'm going to go back to Firefox because I love using Firefox. Open a new window, paste and go. OK, so here's the audio. So you can hear there's the audio.
Speaker 2: Right click the audio bar right there and save audio as is.
Speaker 1: OK, transcribe me, whatever, transcribe me, me, and save. OK, so now it's saved. Now, the next step is you need to go back to Firefox and right click on the page. The next step is you need to have the Tor Browser, T-O-R. I will leave the link down in the description below so you can download the Tor Browser onto your PC. This is the most important step. It's to have the Tor Browser. You cannot do this with your IP address. You can use a VPN if you have a VPN or you're using a free VPN. You can use it, but just change the IP address each and every time as the website will recognize your IP address and just give you your old account back. OK, once you've installed the Tor Browser, open it. Then in the search box on top, just type in the URL otter.ai, enter. OK, Tor Browser is a bit slow because it takes you to through the three different nodes which encrypts your IP address and the traffic. OK, but not to worry about it. You can still do the job as needed. So you're going to click sign up. OK, don't do not choose the continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Just type in a random email address. It really doesn't matter what you type in. Just look at this. This is a fake email to whatever it is. It's a fake email to whatever it is. Email to whatever it gmail.com create an account. OK, password needs to be one uppercase letter. If you let this in at least one number, then next first name, I don't exist. I fake. OK, this is just an example, guys. This is so easy. Is I just use these names just to show you that they don't really even pick this up. Then go to app in the top right corner on the website. You'll see the link that says go to app and click it. You will take you to the dashboard. It will show you verify your identity by confirming your email. Don't do it. Scroll down under the tab. It says, yes, I confirm. Click skip. I'll confirm later. OK, then import your audios on the top right side. Again, you'll see record and then import import. Now, because we're using the free plan, they only give you three imports, but they give you 90 minutes. OK, so if you have longer files to transcribe, you will have enough time to transcribe. And there's basically three hours or hour and a half or whatever. So browse now, choose your files. The ones you download, the two audios you want to transcribe. This is GoTranscripts current transcriber test. Then upload it. This is also a new updated. The second one I downloaded was an updated test for transcribe me. OK, one of the tests they updated. So open. It's going to upload. This will take some time. You have no control over how long it takes to upload due to the fact that Tor browser, your Internet traffic will be much slower on the Tor browser. OK, so see the one is uploaded. It's been uploaded successfully. The second one is 99 percent. Let's just wait for this to finish. You can fast forward if you want to, but please do not skip any of the important steps in the beginning. This is just now to show you how to use the AutoAI service. OK, then click done. Go to my conversations on the left side. OK, the left pane, you'll see an I, which is basically the first will be the first letter of your name in a little home under the home on another home button. You'll see my conversations button, which will take you to this page here. My conversations. Now you'll see the length of the audios and also it's still in process. OK, of being transcribed. So it's still in process. This may take anywhere from two to five minutes, depending on the size of the file, the difficulty of the transcription. So just have patience. It will still be faster than what you can transcribe everything on your own manually. Now, please do take note that although this service does most of the work for you, OK, it does about 95% of the work for you. You will still need to do proper sentence construction. OK, you still need to research names and terminology. OK, and you will need to do the tests as per the guidelines or the jobs as per the guidelines you were given. So please take note of that. They do not use this. Just don't just copy and paste the file. You will you will be sending the mistakes in along with the file. OK, so the first one is completed. It's a transcription. Then just click on the file. It will open. And then just click, do it later. And there you have it. The rest is pretty self-explanatory. If you need to edit it, edit the text. OK, in the top right corner, again, you'll see a blue tab that says edit so you can edit the text there. OK, it doesn't matter if it doesn't allow you to do it, because in the free plan, it does this sometimes. You'll see on the top right corner again, you'll see three little dots, which is the drop down menu. Just click it is next to this little guy with a plus sign and then export the text. So because you are on the free plan, you can only do it on the clipboard or the TXT document. I usually take the TXT document. OK, you can also choose to include the speaker names. You can choose to include timestamps. You can merge speaker segments. OK, it really depends on what you need. OK, so then just click continue. Download file. Now before you just save, remove the author.ai at the end. Otherwise, your your PC will not recognize the format. OK, it will have been downloaded, but it will not be able to open the file. Then just save. There, so the file has been saved. OK, let's go to downloads. And there you have it. Now copy everything. Go to your Google Docs. You can paste it in your Google Docs. OK, just remove this. Just remember to remove transcribe by author.ai. Or you can just as well go over to the dashboard and paste it in right here. Then you've got the audio here for the test or the file. You need to transcribe and the workboard right here. So you can edit the text as you listen to the audio. So just remember that most of it has been done for you. OK, so but you just need to iron out a few little mistakes. And if you need to look up names or company names, people names, terminology in a certain field, because most of the time you will get either medical transcriptions, legal transcriptions or certain company fields, they have their own terminology, which is not always picked up by Microsoft or Google. And they won't recognize the names, but it's just one search. So we're using Wikipedia. We'll always bring you, we'll give you the proper names of people of companies or politicians or whatever, or certain legal terms or medical terms. OK, so that's it. That's it for me, guys. This is the video for Friday. I will be seeing you guys in the next video. I hope you do find this helpful and I hope you do understand. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below. I try to get back to your questions as fast as possible, but I do run multiple channels and also have three websites which I manage. So it does get a little fuzzy for me at times, but I will do my best to help you. I'll also be doing some other transcriptions on other transcription sites. OK, but for complete transcripts, I will leave the link to a different channel which does the same. It started out about more or less the same as my channel. OK, so he does it much better. You can go over there if you need the test answers. OK, so I'll see you guys in the next video and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Goodbye, guys. Oh,
