+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Looking ahead to the impact this storm is going to have on travel. Well, if Newark Airport where I am is any indication, it's pretty grim because if you look at the board here for departures, almost everything is canceled. There's a few flights that still say they're going, but that is very unlikely. And just take a look here. This is where most people would be crowded going through security, trying to get their luggage through and get on their way. Meanwhile, it is completely empty, a ghost town. I spoke to Port Authority and they said that they run this airport. They said 87% of the flights in and out of Newark have been canceled. So that's why the look ahead is really pretty ugly. But the question is, when will people when will airplanes and airlines be able to dig themselves out of this? And we don't really know. We don't have all that information because there are dangerous conditions here. There is a state of emergency here in the state of New Jersey. Dangerous conditions. So you can't have the ramp workers, the luggage handlers. It's just too dangerous for them to be outside in these frigid temperatures. So fingers crossed. But be sure, of course, make sure check with your airline before you head to the airport because I spoke with a couple who just got off a cruise and they were trying to get back home to Arizona and their flights canceled and they're sleeping in the airport. You don't want that to happen to you.
