[00:00:02] Speaker 1: One of the hardest things to do in medicine is scale a clinical program. You can do a pilot in one facility with one set of clinicians and have it succeed, but when you try to scale that nationally, you hit different layers of complexity. We started using Zim in 2015, and we were the first company to sign a business associates agreement with Zim, which meant we could use it for telemedicine in a way that would be in compliance with HIPAA. We have 700 clinicians, board-certified, world-class leaders who are coming to the bedside, scaling their care across the United States. Eighty-five percent of the patients that we see are in medically underserved areas. There are entire states where there are no specialists. Our mission is timely access to a quality clinician for every patient in need. We've standardized on Zim as our primary telemedicine platform. Video is important, audio is important. We want to feel like we're in the room, even though we're there remotely. Connectivity is always an issue. You have a lot of devices, you have a lot of different types of environments, and hospitals always don't have the ability to upgrade their internal network. So we knew that when we were moving down the hall in between access points or when we were moving between floors to provide care in different care settings, we needed something that was going to connect reliably, but then also find itself once it reconnected after you got off the elevator. We're really proud that we've arguably done more telemedicine through Zim than any other organization, and definitely more high-acuity care where we're treating patients in an emergent situation. It's hard to talk about the future without talking about AI. We're really excited to explore where Zim is going in this space. I think for us, it comes through that lens of how can it improve the clinical experience. The goal was to try to remove the clicks to bedside, breaking through the screen to make it feel like we're in the room with them is a huge reason why our care is successful.
