Telemedicine Expands Specialist Care Access (Full Transcript)

[00:00:00] Speaker 1: 85% of the patients that we see are in medically underserved areas. There are entire states where there are no specialists. Our mission is timely access to a quality clinician for every patient need. We've standardized on Zoom as our primary telemedicine platform. We're really proud that we've arguably done more telemedicine through Zoom than any other organization. The goal was to try to remove the clicks to bedside. Breaking through the screen to make it feel like we're in the room with them is a huge reason why our care is successful.
