Speaker 1: Hello everyone and welcome back to a brand new video here at Tascade. In today's video we'll be sharing our top 5 free project management tools for individuals and teams. So without any further ado, let's get started. Now project management tools are tools that help you and your team work together. Generally the tools in this category have resources for deadlines, responsibilities for tasks, responsibility for activities and resources for teamwork. Let's start with the first step on this list which is of course Tascade. Now Tascade has several advanced features for teams such as a text chat feature, a voice, video conference and screen sharing ability, responsibility for tasks. Now in addition, it also has a hierarchical structure with workspace, folders, projects and tasks which keeps everything super organized in addition to having several profiles for managing the environment. It also has six different ways to view your tasks and is also available for all major devices and has a very comprehensive free plan so you should definitely check it out. Number two, Trello. Now Trello is a project management tool which is mainly in the Kanban board format. In the free version of the tool, you only have the frame view. Trello also has the possibility to work in a team but in a limited way. It also includes power-ups which are basically plugins for the tool. Trello is also available on all major devices and has a free plan however only with the frame view. Number three, Asana. Now Asana is a project management tool with a clean interface and works with sections to keep work organized. In the free plan in Asana, you have up to three views. It also has some integrations with other tools and also availability for major devices. Now the free plan has a few good features however the main features that are required for teamwork are usually paid. Number four, Todoist. Todoist is a task and project management software which works in a simple and minimalistic way and has a really pleasant interface. Now in Todoist, you can have an account up to five collaborators in the free plan and it also has smart task classification. There are allowed up to 300 active tasks per project and up to five active projects. Now it also is available on all major platforms and the free plan has a few team features and various limitations for teamwork. Last but not the least, we have Notion which is an all-in-one modular software that has different resources for you to assemble your structure. On the other hand, it does not have a task system or recurring tasks. It only allows up to five guests on the free plan and also has integration with other tools. The learning curve in Notion however is really steep to really get to work so you need to spend a lot of time in it and Notion is also available for major devices. Notion's free plan does not have a lot of limitations except for the fact that it only allows a maximum of five guests. That rounds up our top five project management tools in 2022.
