So once you're there, go to the upload section and add the file you want to transcribe. This can be a video file directly from your device, or it can be a link from a YouTube video you may have online. Next you're going to want to choose a transcription language, then click transcribe. HappyScribe is then going to want you to sign up. From there you can choose from one of the many flexible plans that you can see on screen right now or you can use the 10 free minutes that we supply you with. Just a warning though, if you do just try those 10 minutes, you may get a little addicted. Now you're going to want to give HappyScribe a moment to process your file and just like that your video has been fully transcribed. And for most of you, that's the job done for you. But if you want to take things that extra step further, there is more that you can do. The transcript is fully editable. You can adjust the text, edit speaker names and clean everything up directly within the editor. At the top you're going to see some additional options. For example, you can generate meeting notes, extract quotes or organize key points from the transcription. And if you want something more specific, just click the ask AI anything feature. Here you can type in any prompt you want, whether it's broad or specific, it will transform your transcript into what you need. Okay, for example, I could ask it to create an Instagram caption from this video and then all I have to do is click generate. And just like that, it writes the caption for me, even includes the hashtags as well. Finally, if you want to export your transcription, all you have to do is click the big button saying export and then choose from the many files and formats that we offer to you. And that's it.
