[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hi this is Margarita from HappyScribe and today I'm going to show you how you can automatically transcribe your YouTube videos. Go to your preferred browser and type HappyScribe.com. Link will also be in the description down below as always. You're going to either click on get started or log in if you already have an account set up. If you don't though you can very easily create one which would only take a couple seconds to make. Once you've entered and seen to your HappyScribe My Dashboard select upload a new file then transcription. Now here you can upload your YouTube video straight from your device or you can also select a public link and connect to your YouTube channel directly. Then choose the video you'd like to transcribe. Select the language that the YouTube video is being spoken in. The first and default service will always be machine generated which means that I shall automatically receive my transcription within minutes. If I had a longer or more complicated YouTube video to transcribe though I'd recommend choosing human made for a more accurate service. When your file says completed click submit and depending on how long your file slash video is the processing should only take a couple minutes. And then when the status says done open it up and now here's the transcribed file. So you're going to go ahead and play back go through your file and look for any minor mistakes that could have been made. If you'd like to turn your transcriptions into subtitles you can do that as well as translation. When there's multiple people speaking you can also change the label of each speaker. Once you're done reviewing your transcript you are ready to download. Choose the format you like to have exported as well as other details you might want to see such as displaying your speaker names or showing the timestamps. And this is how you automatically transcribe any YouTube video using HappyScribe. If you found this video to be useful please give it a big thumbs up and if you have any questions you can leave them all in the comments down below and consider subscribing for more helpful content like this.
