+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Here's how to turn an Excel spreadsheet into an interactive dashboard with ChatGBT. First, download and install the ChatGBT app. You'll find the link right here. Then launch a new chat and switch into work mode because we're trying to get some work done. Tap the plus icon and point it at the Excel sheet with all your data. You can point ChatGBT directly at files on your computer without needing to upload them. Next, type in a prompt describing the dashboard you want. I've included my exact prompt in the description below if you'd like to try it yourself. Then tap go. While it's building our dashboard, let's have a quick look at the data. This spreadsheet has over 1,800 rows of sales data, including products, sales reps, units sold, revenue, cost, profit, and more. On its own, it's pretty hard to tell what's actually happening with the business. Turning all of this into something useful manually would take some effort. I would know. I've made lots of videos on how to do that. And here's our finished dashboard. This looks pretty impressive. We have our top-level metrics, monthly performance, revenue by category, and more, and it's all interactive. I can change the date range, filter by product or region, and when I make a selection, the entire dashboard updates. If there's something I don't like, I don't have to rebuild it. I can click Annotate and point directly at the part of the dashboard I want to change, or down below, I can simply describe what I want. Let's switch this over to our brand colors, blue and maize. And there it is. Beautiful. And we're not stuck keeping this dashboard inside ChatGBT. Over on the left-hand side, I can click Sites, and here's a dashboard we just created. I now can share it with other people on my team, and they can explore all of these insights themselves. So we started with a massive Excel spreadsheet, and just a few minutes later, we have a polished interactive dashboard that we can actually share. And that's how you can create a full dashboard with ChatGBT.
