Speaker 2: Welcome back to another video unboxing by Professor Bird. Today I got an Invista Digital Voice Recorder. I have actually been really wanting one of these, so I finally picked one of these up. and i'm gonna go ahead and get into it got my handy dandy knife here i was going to look at it beforehand but did not realize it got had paper i mean a plastic covering when i first opened it up in the box and i said well i'll just wait and open it up on camera then so here i am here we go I want to close my knife so we don't get hurt or get cut here this knife is really really sharp ok so you'll be probably the first to see it I'm going to look on the camera and open it boom I actually thought this was going to be bigger than it was but it's really actually really tiny um I was I'm really actually surprised how how small it is so inside underneath the plastic got some instruction manual got a looks like you can register it and it gives you the support email comes with earphones Just a little cheap Harry probably nothing rip probably ain't really good sounding but comes with one. I won't use them could I prefer to use headphones and it comes with a charging cable and it also Helps you to Transfer the files over so let's go ahead and get into the actual oh this thing's heavy i know i've read some reviews and actually i've watched a couple videos but it actually only showed just open it up um already opened and being used so this is my first time opening up and this is actually really heavy uh it's got a metal frame it looks pretty high quality really let's see um i guess this is where you can hear the voice but i might and then here's the recording but this little uh recorder here is pretty heavy heavier than i thought so it's got a little switch here on and off it's got the charging plus the transfer file over and i'm slightly sad that don't use the type-c but I'm not gonna complain because that is not being a widely used a lot of devices but surprise they don't go ahead and use it but either way so and then it comes with the headphone jack 3 millimeter rewind and fast forward and the volume up and down buttons so let's go ahead and see it's gonna need you so it is powered up well that goes investor and there's no records well that's like that's fine because it's not let's go here I'm a local see I'm not sure how these I move it down okay you move it down by using these recording settings let's say I'm not sure how to okay you press menu to finish it off I won't take off the the flames here well maybe you can see it just a little better okay oh stuck on my hand here I can't get it off that goes oh my one off okay record quality red light mic sensitivity sensitive our recording mode a VR mode a VR sensitive and then exit so let's go ahead and check the quality okay now these got different quality modes and And I'm going to keep mine on 384, but it comes with codes from 32 up to 64, 128, and then 192, and then 384k BPS. The higher it is, the better quality, but the less space it will take up. I mean, the more space it takes up. but this does have an 8 gig memory which is pretty nice capacity for this little device which I won't keep much on here um oh if I when I use it I'm gonna transfer I'll transfer the files over to my computer so let's go ahead and keep going I'm going to exit this out so okay recording settings oh wait that's what I just did okay local folder settings anymore and then exit so let me check here okay you you do system time and I'll set all that later it's got a backlight I'm going to go brighter language power saving auto shut down cut memory info so what it goes to yeah 1% so I guess I still got quite a bit of space I've got a version of you tell it version 1.2 and then factory reset which ain't nothing on it but then you can format device so it looks pretty good I'm gonna go ahead and test it out fairly well and we'll see what happens I want okay so now I went ahead and recorded just some random stuff I'm we're gonna see how it sounds so let's go play see how it is all right that really sounds pretty nice so we'll see how we can delete this okay so stop menu I guess local folder record no Oh, it's got two different tails. Let's see what it sounds like.

Speaker 2: so i'd actually sound pretty good i didn't even know that was on there i found on that i went ahead and listened to that so overall the quality is really good really good um i'm gonna be impressed now reason why i picked this one up and now they had other ones and i this was a pretty good reviewed on amazon so i went ahead and picked this one up and um so far my first thoughts are really good i'm hoping it'll be able to record real good from far away because i'm going to use this for lectures i'm gonna go ahead and see if I can figure out how to I'm going to go ahead and factory reset it so I can make sure I get all of my stuff contrast alright that's not what I want factory reset it, I'm going to factory reset it to clear out everything go back down, I can't get it to go back down, oh I clicked the wrong one, ok, factory, ok, and then format device, I'm going to go ahead and format disk, that should clean out everything, overall I'm impressed I'm very impressed for our first faults anyway now that may change after a few uses but reason why I got this was because I wanted to use it for lectures because I'm a college student and I wanted to be able to record my lectures and then go back to them at a later time and we listen to them so i'm going to be using this frequently probably every day or at least um multiple times throughout the week to record at least my history class and a couple others that there is a lot of talking in and a lot of note taking get this flams off too so if you like this review give me a thumbs up if you find it helpful for you give me a thumbs up and the links will be in the description below so have a wonderful day and chirp out
