Speaker 1: In the name of ALLAH, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Welcome to 2i Construction Official YouTube Channel In today's video, we are going to talk about an important topic which is used to tackle quality related issues and to maintain the quality So, first, we have a document which we call Schedule Second, we have a document which is called PQP What are these two documents and where do we need it and where do we use it What is the difference between both the documents How to differentiate between schedule Q and PQP If we see the definition of PQP and Schedule Q I will read it first and then try to explain Schedule Q describes company minimum requirement for contractor quality management system Here you can see two terms have been used One has been used, describes company minimum requirement so company here we refer to Aramco means it describes minimum requirements of Aramco for whom it does? contractor quality management system so in schedule Q the detail or requirements the minimum requirements that are described that is for contractor quality management system company as a client or as an owner Contractor as an executor works for any project and where do we get this definition? This is the reference of this definition Schedule Q's Para 1.1 Schedule Q describes company minimum requirement for contractor quality management system It means that these documents are company documents For this project, you have to submit PQM-P Because of Schedule Requirements What is PQM-P? Project Specific Quality Plan that describes the activities, standards, tools, and processes to achieve quality in the delivery of the project Now, this is the document of the company I mean, the document of the contractor Sorry, Project Specific Quality Plan If you want to make a quality plan for any project, you have to make a quality plan separately. Secondly, this is the document of the contractor, the contractor makes it and 30 days before the execution, it is submitted to ARAMCO for approval. Now what does this describe? This quality plan describes the activity, the related standards used, the tools and processes used to maintain the quality to achieve quality in the delivery of the project i.e. when we deliver the project to the company In order to maintain our quality, the activities, standards, tools and processes will be defined in our PQB We have made a separate video for this, we will provide the link in the description What are the contractor ITP submission requirements? This is also an important document that we submit to RAMCO for approval You can see the definition here, because it has nothing to do with this topic, so I am not explaining it. Schedule Queue has a table of contents, it is also asked about it. And as a quality control inspector or supervisor or manager, we should at least know about it, what all things come in it. So, in the table of contents, first of all, there is a general requirement. Then in number 2, there is a requirement of quality management system. What are the requirements of documentation? What are the responsibilities of management? How to manage the resources required in the project? What are the requirements of project execution? To measure these things, we will use the technique of measurement, analysis and improvement The attachment of Schedule Q is very important The first attachment of Schedule Q tells the requirement of subcontractor's quality personal qualification You can see from the attachment of this Schedule Q If you want to enter the QC department, then you have to fulfill this requirement. Then you can become a QC inspector. Attachment 2 is Company Standard and Procedure containing Quality Requirement. And in Attachment 3, Quality Requirement for Contractor Supplied Material. In Attachment 3, all the materials we receive, store, preserve and use, we will get all these requirements in Attachment 3. Attachment 4 is Quality Requirement for Construction Phase which is normally used by side phase accounts to record their non-conformity or to maintain their quality Attachment 5 is Summary of Quality System Deliverable We have already made a video on this that what are the things in this and what is deliverable so we have already defined that Attachment 6 is Project Specific Quality Requirement This is also number 6 and in some cases, their attachment is not applicable and it is based on your contract This schedule describes company minimum requirement for contractor quality system We have already discussed about this Apart from this schedule, some other schedules are used So, at least we should know about some schedules that which schedule can help us in different phases of the project to maintain the quality. So, Schedule A is for general terms and conditions. Schedule B is for job specification. Schedule C is for contractor price and payment provisions. Schedule D is for safety, health and environment requirements. Schedule E is Settlement of Dispute, Arbitration and Choice of Law, Schedule F is Taxes, Duties and Related Obligations, Schedule G is Material, Tools and Equipment, Schedule H is Special Terms and Conditions, and Schedule Q is Quality Assurance and Control, Inspection and Testing which we are defining now this is our schedule which we are using for quality related things Schedule S is Surveillance Terms and Conditions and Schedule X is Cyber Security Terms and Conditions we use all these schedules in different phases of our project Type 44 is Quality Planning and Quality Management process focus on setting quality objectives and specified necessary operational process. It is defined here that how we will do quality planning. You can read it in the description. I am skipping it to make the video longer. I hope you have understood something. Here are some references for quality management system i.e. how we make PQMP. You can take help from these references ISO 1005 is used for Quality Management Guidelines and Quality Plans I hope you understood these things Thank you for watching the video
