Use Rev AI Templates for Faster Case Analysis (Full Transcript)

[00:00:06] Speaker 1: In this video, we'll show you how to use AI templates in Rev. A template gives you a ready-made format for a common task, like a case chronology or a witness summary. You pick one, and Rev drafts it from your files. To use a template on one file, open the file in the transcript editor. Open the templates menu and choose a template, and Rev runs it on that transcript. To try a different one, just pick another. To use a template across a whole case, open Rev Insights and add your files. Then choose a template from the templates menu and Rev drafts it using every file you've added. Either way, every part of the result links back to where it came from. Click a citation to check it against the source. If you don't see the template you need, you can build your own. Open AI Template Builder from the left menu and click New Template. Add the blocks you need, like an overview or keypoints, drag them into order, and save. Your template will then be available in the transcript editor and in Insights. Custom templates are available on Pro and Unlimited plans. That's AI templates in Rev.
