[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Everyone, I'm going to show you how to use Envivo AI Cloud. So Envivo AI Cloud is an AI qualitative data analysis tool, which is powered by AI. So this means that you upload all your document or your transcript into their system. Then AI can help you to analyze the data. And then when you get all the codes, you can review it. And it has an option for you to review all the codes. And then you'll be able to get your findings. There's also an option for you to use the system to chat with your data to really get information to help you to address your research question or clarify stuff. I'm going to give you just an overview for now. And then in my next videos, I'm going to break things down for you. So when you go to Envivo AI Cloud, this is what you see. You click here. You see all your projects. If you don't have any project, this one will be empty. If you want to start a new project, you click on New Project. And then you follow the steps. You provide your title. You provide the description, maybe the purpose of the study, or the problem of the study, or both. You can say the problem of the study and the purpose. And so that you give the system a context, because the system will be using this information to help to make sense of your data. Then when you finish, you go to Next. And then you just provide your research question, and then choose the methodology, data analysis strategy that you want the system to use to analyze your data. And then you also go to Teams. So the Team is where if you want to include any of your colleagues to have access to the analysis, you can also provide the team information, like your colleague email address. And also, if you want to incorporate literature into the analysis, you have the chance to. The system can search for relevant literature based on the topic, based on the information that you have given to it concerning your study. Then you go click on Continue, and the system will be able to start running your analysis. And I will give detailed information concerning that. This is just an overview. And I just want to also show that when you go to the right corner, you click on your login information. You click on, so here, Philippa do PA. So you click on that, and you go to Theme. So this one, if you want to make the background dark color, you can click on that, and the background will be dark, as you can see here. If you want the background to be light, you can also choose this one. So that's all about clicking on your account. And also, you can go to, you see here, AI usage. This one will give you information about how much you have used. So you can see here that my credit left is $1,472 out of $2,000. And then in terms of literature, I have $400 as my credit. And then, you know, so whenever you ask the system to search for literature for you, it will also affect your credit. And also, you see here, transcription. And I have 10 hours. So if you want the system to transcribe your audio or video for you, you can choose that. And you can see here that you can add credit, all hours. So when you click here, it takes you to a page where you can add more credit if you have less credit. So this, I like this one because you use as you go. If you don't want to use much, you just have to be careful how much you use the credit that you have. So you have option to buy more credits. So let's go back here. Let me close this one. So that's all about the usage. You always have to check. You see how much credit you have as you are analyzing your data. And in terms of languages, I think there are about 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 languages now that you can change to. So that's all about language. If you are sharing any project, you click on Shared. And then the project that you are sharing will be listed here. So OK. Now, let's assume that we have allowed the system to analyze our data for us. So let me show you what I have. So I have uploaded five transcripts, as you can see sources here. And then the system was able to develop nine codes based on my two research questions that I have. I'll go into detail in my next video about how I reached this stage. And so when you click on Dashboard, this is what you're going to see. And this one is also showing all the codes and the connection between them. If you want to see, you can go to View Map. And then it gives you all the codes that you have created and also the connection that they have. So the thicker the connection, the higher the degree of connection between them. So you can also export if you want to export this information. This is about a connection. Let me go to Display. So Analysis. This one will give you a visual representation of codes that you have developed and variables. So in this case, we have. So you can change based on the variables that you have. So if you want to show only gender on the table, you can choose gender. And it will give you the male and female and other and also the numbers here. So the numbers here are the number of codes that are connected, the number of quotations that are connected to the code. So you can see two here. There are two quotations that are connected to administrative tasks that is also connected to males. You click on that, and then the quotation will come here. So you see the cis quotation here? You click on all the cis quotations will show here. And if you want to know the source of the quotation, you click on Open Source. And it will take you to the document. And one thing I like about this document is that it will show you all the codes that you have created based on all the codes that the system has created and you have accepted based on the quotation that you have. And you can even spot this one. Let's spot one of the source and see. So I'm spotting that. Let me open and let you see. So you can see here that I really like it because it shows where you selected all the system selected the quotation and then the codes that are linked to that. So you can easily review these codes and make an adjustment to it if you want or send it to somebody if you want to do that. So let me close it. As you can see, the Aura here is the AI system that ran the analysis for you. That's why we have Aura here. So let me close it and go back. So let's go back to the table. And this one you can also export if you want to export. And there's also code co-occurrence. So this one shows the relationship between the codes in terms of the notation that they have in common. So you can see that spending time with family and also work pressure, they have something in common. Six quotations are linked to both. And then you can click on a six quotation and you can see them here and review them if you want to. And again, you can also go and get the source from here. So that's all I have about analysis. Let's go to SS. SS are quotation that the system extracted from the data. So these are all the SS and also the codes that are linked to the SS. So you can see all of them here. And if you want to know the source, you can always click on Open Source and it will take you to that document. And if you have any questions, please put in the comment section. I'll be happy to address them for you. If you want one-on-one consultation, you can meet and then I'll be able to give you all the information you want concerning this software. And also for organizations, if you want me to come and train your researchers or a group of people or your colleague in the organization, you can also contact me. I have my contact information in the description section and I'll be able to train them how to use this software to help them to analyze their data. And also other data analysis software that you want me to train, I'll be happy to do that.
[00:09:55] Speaker 2: Okay, so let's move on to Codebook.
[00:09:58] Speaker 1: So Codebook is all the code that a system has used and also the definition. So you can see here that all the codes that the system has created and you have reviewed and also the definition. And also it shows the number of assets or quotation that are linked to the codes here. You can always export the Codebook as CSV or as Word document. So let's do Word document and see what it looks like. So all the codes are here, the definition of the code and also the number of assets connected to the codes. They are all here, right? So this one I was trying to test. So I put testing there, it's not part of the Codebook. So let's close and then I go back. So any question concerning Codebook, let me know. I'll be happy to address them for you. If you are searching, if you have a list of codes and then you wanna search for it, you can easily go here and search for the code, right? And then you can see that information here. So what's next, what next? And also you can add a new code if you want. You can click here and add a new code that you have and then you can ask the system to go to the data using that new code, right? So that is all about Codebook. Concepts here is after you've developed a code, if you want to maybe categorize the codes under specific concept, you can use this place to do that. You can add, create a new concept. So think about concepts as a theme, right? So you can create a new concept and then when you create a new concept like having high workload, so if you have it here, you can then select the codes here that can be connected to the theme, having high workload, having high workload. Here too, in order to make it even different, you can even indicate which research question the theme is addressing. So you can say theme underscore RQ maybe one and then so that it reminds you that this theme is for the first research question and then you look for codes that are connected to that and then you click on save. When you do that, that information will be there. Where is it? Yes, you have it here. So look at this place as a platform where you can explore further your codes that you have created to see whether you can categorize them under a theme or a concept.
[00:13:10] Speaker 2: So I think we are done with this one and then you go to sources.
[00:13:14] Speaker 1: Sources will be all your transcript or any document you have uploaded. If you have uploaded all, allow the system to search for literature, all this information will be there. Let me show you an example. Let me see what I can find example here for you. Let me go to sources. So you can see here that I have three sources here or three literature that the system search for me, right? That is related to my topic. I can click on it and then this is the information and the system was able to also code the information here, code the article for me and you can see these are the codes. So you see how you can either upload literature or allow the system to search for relevant literature and then a system will be able to code them for you and you review the code. So it's like a complete system where you can use it to do your research, not only analyzing your data that you have collected, but also analyzing the literature that is related to your topic. So let's go back again. So let me move this one. So any other question, let me know. So let's go to memo. Think about memo as you know, it contain your personal reflection, right? What goes into your mind as you're analyzing the data. So this one is a little bit different here. This, the AI to generate memo automatically as it's analyzing the data. And what is in the memo? It's just a summary of each of the documents. So you can see that P1 document, the system has summarized everything for you and also stated all the key topics that are related to the transcript and also how relevant this information is, right? In relating to your burnout courses and also the solutions. That's my topic, right? It's about burnout courses and solutions. And also the passages that are relevant in helping you to address your research questions. So if you want a summary of each of the articles or each of the transcripts, you can go to this place and you'll be able to get that information. Let me close it and go back here. So the summary for P2 is here and you'll be able to review. And a good thing is that you can even edit. Click here and you can edit, right? You can easily edit. So you always have an option to make an adjustment to the information that system has generated. You can even code if you want to. So these, if you want to code these quotation, you can easily do the coding, right? You can code here. Let me try this. Right. So when you select that, it gives you all the existing codes and also the system can suggest codes for you or you can type your own code. So you have three option, typing your own code or allowing the system to suggest code for you or you can use existing codes to connect to the key passages the system has generated for you. So let me go back again. So we finished with memo. Another good thing about memo that I will talk to you later is you can create your own memo, right? Click here and then start your own memo. So you can manually create your own memo or you can ask AI, which is Aura, right here, to put something in a memo for you. So as you can see here, I asked the system to group the concept and that research question one, which is the burnout causes and research question two, the burnout solutions. And as I didn't type this information, the system, when I chat with Aura, right? When I chat with Aura by clicking here, I told the Aura that to create a memo and put that information there and the Aura did it for me. So it also have a genetic function. So you can chat with the system and the system can make adjustments to the document or the information as you are chatting. And it will also seek your approval before it make any changes, right? So that's what is unique about this software. As you are chatting, you can ask the system to take a specific action for you and it will be able to do that. So let's go to cases. Cases are all the document that you have uploaded. So in this case, all the participants transcript, and then you can see here, let me close this one. You can see here that I have demographic information here. This one, you can manually provide that demographic information or you can ask the system, AI, to reveal all the documents and then extract demographic information. It might not be perfect. So you always have to review and make sure that information it has extracted from the data is correct. This is very important. Never assume that all the information the system has generated is correct. As a researcher, it's your responsibility to review and make sure that all the AI outputs are accurate. And also, if you want to learn how to evaluate extensively about AI output, I have a program for you. I have a training that I can provide to your organization. So what are the steps that you have to follow to evaluate AI output as a researcher? I'll be able to train your colleagues about that. So if you want more information, contact me and I'll be happy to do that. I can do it based on your budget. So just contact me and let's have a discussion. So that's what I have here. And then if you want to add new cases, right, or new participants, you can click on new case and then add that information, right? And if you want to add a new variable, you can also add a new variable to it. So you always can adjust this one. You can do a couple of adjustments if you want to. So the last one that I like is the audit trail. So audit trail, think about it as a system that documents every action that the AI has taken and also every action that you have taken. Let's say you ask the AI to review all the transcripts, identify information that are significant and then develop codes for you. The system will do that and then document that information here, right? And I like this because, you know, we are in a stage where we have to show our work. How do we show our work? You allow the system to document our actions and decisions so that we'll be able to share with the research community what exactly AI did for you. And this is what the system is addressing. It's going to document every action that it takes. It's going to document every action that you are taking and you'll be able to download that information, right? And maybe share with your supervisor about the actions that you took, especially when the AI gave you all the codes did you review that? The system will document that. Which one did you accept? Which one did you reject? It will document every information from you. And one thing that I like about this is that I can download this one and then put it in an AI software for the system to help me to communicate key decisions that I took as I use AI or communicate the role of AI in the data analysis process. So the document will be very helpful to show or to help you to communicate what the roles were in terms of your actions and decisions and also the AI role. So you can download it if you want to. And then if you want to go into detail and see what is happening in each of the steps, you can click on them. So as you can see here, this one is just showing that I created a concept or the AI created a concept for me here. And let me go down here. So this one is showing that the system prompt, the prompt that AI was giving to help summarize your transcript. So you see here that they are all summary of your transcript. So you can see that there's so much transparency. The prompt that a system was giving internally and the rules that the system has to follow to come up with a summary. So you can even take this information to show how the system came up with a summary. So the transparency is so wonderful here. You can look at exactly what a system did and also exactly what, let me go back again, exactly which kind of tool or model the system used. The system used GPT 5.4 Mini. It's right there here. So you see how transparent the process is in terms of the use of this software. So this is what I have for you as an overview. Not yet. One more thing. I didn't talk about that. This is the Aura. This is where you can chat with the system. So you can see here that I have some interaction with the system, right? So you can say that, okay, can you go through the data again and see whether you'd be able to get more quotes, right? That is addressing this research question. A system can do that. You can also say, can you create a memo and put all my conversation about this issue in it? And a system can do that. So you can always communicate. And with a system, it can respond to you and then it can also take action based on your approval. When you accept, you can see here that sometimes I accept their suggestion and then it takes the action that I asked it to take. There's gonna be more improvement coming but this is just a basic information you have to know. Basic information is that this is the AI-powered data analysis tool that you can upload all your transcripts into the system. The system can generate codes for you. You have to review, accept, or reject the codes. And you can also provide your own codes for the system to use them to go through the data. And then you can also chat with the system to make some changes for you and take action. So that's what I have for you. Let me know whether you have any question. If you want any kind of training, I'll be happy to help you in the Individual Training and Learning Organization. Contact me. If you want one page information about what I've presented today, go to the description. I've put some information there. You can click on it and download.
[00:26:22] Speaker 2: Thank you so much for your time.
