Video Captures Moments Before Fatal Minneapolis Shooting (Full Transcript)

[00:00:09] Speaker 2: This new video shared with CNN shows the moments before Renee Good is fatally shot in Minneapolis. Here, Good's SUV is partially blocking traffic on the street as drivers are honking and residents are blowing whistles. Several vehicles on the street appear to belong to federal agents. Lynette Riney-Grandel, a resident who shot this video and started filming approximately two minutes before the shooting, lives nearby and told CNN she was trying to figure out why there were so many ICE vehicles on the street. About a minute before the shooting, agents can be seen getting out of some vehicles and walking toward Good's SUV. Moments later, gunshots are heard.
