[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Most of the B2B deals have never been leads. It doesn't mean that we can generate leads and all of them will fall into the pipeline. Many clients are in a dark funnel, and they come to the webinar, we have this data, but then they don't react. They don't click on the links, they don't convert, but somewhere in their heads they process this information, they go to the conference, talk to their colleagues, ask questions, and so on. And after a year, a few months, they suddenly call the trader or fill out a form, let's meet, let's meet, because I would like to talk. And this is the effect of the many interactions that we generate, and the webinar is a great base for these interactions. So this is a very valuable tool for me.

Arow Summary
The speaker explains that most B2B deals do not begin as identifiable leads or move directly into the sales pipeline. Many potential buyers remain in a “dark funnel”: they attend webinars and consume content without clicking, converting, or otherwise signaling intent. Over time, repeated interactions—such as webinars, conferences, peer conversations, and follow-up research—shape their thinking. Months or even a year later, they may proactively contact sales or submit a meeting request. The speaker sees webinars as highly valuable because they create a foundation for these long-term, often invisible buying journeys.
