[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Zoom has reimagined the event creation experience with one goal, eliminate the guesswork. Everything starts in the webinars and events portal. A short wizard helps capture the basics and here we see the toggle for the new simplified workflow. One note, at time of launch this feature is only available for single session events. As you can see we have greatly simplified and reduced the side bar menu. The general configuration tab covers your events basic information, API and integration details, and toggles for advanced features. Entirely new user guides have been introduced and we encourage you to refer to these guides often. The registration and join tab allows you to configure how attendees will join your event. There are various types of authentication methods and registration options. Hosts can also add an event landing page to encourage registration or create a group join link if you don't need registration. The event lobby is a branded space that gives attendees everything they need to know before and after an event. Here hosts can configure their lobby by adding descriptions, speaker lists, and downloadable files. Next up, the live session tab controls everything that happens in the session itself. Configure your session type, manage backstage and recording settings, and add special roles or even zoom rooms to your session. Hosts can even add wallpapers and name tags to ensure that the session looks professional and polished. An effective communication strategy ensures that all participants have the links and information that they need when they need it. And it helps when those emails look great too. Finally, branding allows hosts to align the look and feel of their event with their overall brand identity or other event goals. When you're ready to publish, we'd encourage you to review your registration flow, take a peek at your lobby, and confirm that your emails look great. And when you're ready, hit publish. Once your event is live, all of your event participants can be managed here in the people tab. And you can immediately begin gaining insight and keeping track of your event with our freshly redesigned event analytics. Our entire goal is to make your life easier, so please share your feedback with us as you build your events. You're going to love how simple it is to create, publish, and host great experiences, all with Zoom webinars and events.
