Today I'm going to show you an automatic transcription software that has no limitations on the number of minutes that you can transcribe and you know if you're a transcriber that this is definitely a game changer. Most of these automatic softwares give like less than an hour of free transcription minutes and then after that you have to upgrade and start paying. But with this software you will be able to transcribe unlimited minutes to your heart's desire. So the automatic transcription software is called AI Transcription by Riverside and as you can see from their page, it produces super accurate transcription in over 100 plus languages. It has unlimited transcriptions for free and you do not need to sign up. So guys, when you just type in Riverside on your browser, it will bring up this page and again you do not need to download it on your laptop. You can just use it online. So this is pretty good and one thing that is great also is that it offers unlimited transcriptions. As I said, you know with most of these automatic softwares, they give you trial minutes like less than an hour and after that you have to upgrade. But with this software, they offer unlimited transcriptions. Also, it supports MP3, WAV, MP4 and more. And lastly, it is powered by the latest AI technology. And just as a bonus that I would add is that they also offer podcast services. So to upload your file on this platform, you can either drop a file here or click on this plus sign and be able to upload your file. So that is the route that I'll choose and I'm going to click here and be able to upload my file through it. So I'm going to search on my downloads and this is the file that I want to transcribe and just click open. And here, as you can see, they've detected that the file is in English but if the file is in any other language, you can just come here and choose the language that your file is in. And as you can see, they support a number of languages. For example, I'm a Swahili native and so if this file was in Swahili, for example, they would be able to transcribe. So that is pretty great. These languages are a lot. So just choose the language that your file is in. And after that, you need to click this I am human. And after you're done, click on start transcribing and then Riverside will start transcribing your file. So first of all, it will upload and my file was pretty short. It's less than a minute. So I'm sure it won't take long. Now, as you can see here, they say transcription times can vary depending on the size of the file, the length of the content and how busy their servers are. So let's just give it a couple of minutes and see how long it will take to transcribe. So this is the file that has been transcribed and honestly, it was so fast. But to be honest, the file was also pretty short because it was less than a minute. So I don't know how fast it will be if you have like a long file, but since it's free, I feel like it's worth it to wait. All right. So let's just go through it and see if it's pretty accurate. Now, I wish there was a way to play this audio so that you guys can follow along. But this is a file that I did for YouTube short. I can report back that this transcription is pretty accurate. The punctuation is also good. And so you just have to go through it to eliminate a few faults here and there. But the overall feel for me, this is pretty nice. And considering, first of all, you do not even have to download the software and it has unlimited minutes. I mean, guys. So when you're finished, you can either transcribe another file or download this one. So let's download this file first. So you can download either as a TXT transcript or as an SRT or captions. So I want mine to be a transcript, so I can just click on transcript. Or if you want to use this, let's say for YouTube, for example, you can just use captions and download that. So I feel let's download both and just see how it looks like. So I'm going to first click on this transcript. And as you can see, it's downloaded down here. And I also will click to download it as captions. Let's open it and just see how it looks like. So this is the SRT file. And as you can see, it's divided it pretty good. Guys, this is a game changer. And you can use these to upload on your YouTube, for example, if you're doing a YouTube video or you just want captions. Look at how beautiful this looks. And you can either do this or download this as a TXT. Also, as I said, Riverside can also be used to produce a podcast. And they say they produce high quality audio and video recordings, simple audio and video editing capabilities, and then transcription with speaker detection to identify who's speaking. I mean, this is a pretty good automatic software for transcription. And it's also for transcription. You can also use it again for podcasting. And as you can see here, they say it also offers a few editing capabilities in audio and video recording.
