Remember we've been reporting that the Met is set to launch a criminal investigation into Lord Mandelson after the Cabinet Office referred material to police after reviewing Epstein filed documents that suggested alleged leaks of sensitive information by Mandelson. Well the commander of the Metropolitan Police Ella Marriott has said this, following the further release of millions of court documents in relation to Jeffrey Epstein by the US Department of Justice, the Met received a number of reports into alleged misconduct in public office including a referral from the UK government.
