Sure, there's apps and keyboards for voice-to-text input, but they are limited to not being able to receive commands, correct errors, proofread, and format your thoughts. This is exactly the power of Dictate To Us. Once you create an account, be sure to fund it as the service costs per audio minute, but you do get a 5-minute free trial to start. It's a straightforward app with the goal to record your voice and securely upload to Dictate To Us. There is a team working 24-7 to transcribe your voice audio into written files. It goes even farther than voice-to-text, as a dedicated typist transcribes your audio. Then it is sent to an editor to correct errors and formatting issues. And an extra level of proofreading is applied. Once completed, you'll receive an email to download the transcribed document in Microsoft Word format. In my personal testing, I must note this is rather fast to get this level of editing from real people at any time of the day in such short turnaround. For example, I transcribed a 5-minute audio file and received the document back in less than 1 hour. I only have small reserves about the app that I'm sure will be corrected in an update. Currently, you do not receive in-app notifications, but an email. Thus, you can download the document as an attachment or log into their website.
