Our customers are lawyers and they are extremely sensitive to security and privacy. Slack has really easy to use permission model as our main permission system in WordSmith. MCP integration allows our agents to go in many different steps and search information and perform actions on Slack sequentially. It is much more sophisticated workflow now.
