Speaker 1: Social media marketing for lawyers, I'll be giving you very practical ways to be able to get more clients from social media. So if you ever wanted to use social media to your advantage to get more clients, this video is for you because I'm giving you five practical tips to be able to do that. All right, number one, and make sure to stick around because a lot of these are going to be game changers for you. Number one is paid ads. Paid ads is much better than organic. Instead of trying to rely on an organic way to be able to get more clients, instead I encourage you to go make paid ads work for you to be able to get more clients because it's be able to get clients faster and it's a lot more trackable and it's a lot more scalable. If you know what you're doing with this, you'll get probably at least 10 to 20x better results than organic, which leads us to the top sources of paid ads for social media marketing is, I'll just talk it out. Number one is Facebook ads. Facebook ads. Facebook is still the biggest social media online with the most number of users. The most people are still on it. Facebook ads is by far the most prevalent and best source to be able to get clients. Number two is YouTube ads. YouTube ads is a way, YouTube ads has been able to replace TV advertisement. It's basically the TV advertisement of our generation and be able to place your commercials in front of people who are watching YouTube videos and there's a lot of people that are watching YouTube videos these days and be able to place yourself in front of them. And number three is TikTok ads. TikTok ads, just in the first year or so when TikTok opened up their ad platform, lawyers were actually limited and they were actually banned from doing ads. Good news is they've actually been able to open that up and there aren't that many lawyers that are right now utilizing TikTok ads. I've been able to successfully do it. So tap into those top sources of paid ads to make social media marketing work for you. Number three is videos over pictures and images. Videos. Videos have a way to be able to nurture and build relationships with your prospects, okay? Pictures are very, it's 2D, okay? It doesn't invoke that much emotion. Videos, people can watch them longer, they could sense the energy, they can hear you, they could sense you and that kind of always usually does a better job of nurturing your leads and makes them way more likely to turn into clients, okay? So whenever you tap into, again, these paid sources, see how you can incorporate more video ads into your marketing and you will see that your lead conversion rates will increase to the signups, okay? You will get more signups if you incorporate more video ads. Number four is don't focus on the what, instead focus on the who. Especially when you're starting out, define the who. Know who you're talking to. Define that. Make sure that's in your profile. It's crystal clear exactly who you help and that should also be incorporated in your social media, okay? So once you start obsessing over the who, then you start thinking about who are they, how can I help them, what are the top questions that they have, what kind of images do I want to see, what kind of videos do I want to see? Once you focus, again, on the who, your focus goes to the who, the what doesn't matter as much. How it's displayed doesn't matter nearly as much as the who. And number five is, I'm trying to read it, is get specific. And this is in two ways I want to explain this. Get specific. Not only in your marketing, your ads, your videos, your who should be specific, but also when it comes to who you work with, let me try to explain this because it's not easy to explain. It's about who you work with to get your results from social media marketing. What I mean by that is don't just go hire a social media manager, somebody who's just going to do social media for you. That's not good enough anymore. The things are, the reality is social media isn't that easy and instead you want to hire experts. There are experts in very specific fields that do one thing really well. For example, instead of hiring one social media manager who can do YouTube and Instagram and TikTok for you, what I do is instead for YouTube, I hire somebody who's good at thumbnails. Only does thumbnails. There's one person who's really good at editing and there's another person who's good at uploading and optimizing. For Instagram, there's one person who's good at creatives, who makes really good creatives, but we have someone else who can post them and also interact with people. So get specific on who you hire for your social media. And instead of relying on one person, jack of all trades kind of person who can do social media marketing for you. Just to recap, again, social media marketing 101 for lawyers, focus on more paid ad sources instead of trying to do it organically. This is a way to be able to grow slow, is a way to be able to grow quickly, track it and scale quickly. Rely on top sources. As I mentioned to you, the top sources, which exactly what those were. Number three, use more videos than pictures in your social media. Number four, focus on the who more than the what. Go get obsessed with exactly who your clients are and make content for them. And number five, in different ways, get specific, not only when it comes to your marketing, but also the people that help you run your marketing, social media marketing for you.
