Experience was overall pleasant. It would nice to have a dedicated person to speak with when questions or concerns arise without having to use the chat function. That’s the main area that could use improvement. I would be open to using this service again.

I am a journalist. I used GoTranscript to transcribe a series of interviews with questionable audio quality, with scientists who used astoundingly abstruse technical terms. Somehow, your stenographers nailed every one of them—including the names of people even I'd never heard of when I listened to the audio. The quality is simply beyond belief.
