Speaker 1: Every single business, every business needs reputation management and it is your responsibility to show them how it's going to genuinely help their business expand. Everything from getting more leads to more importantly converting those leads into paying customers. That's exactly what we're going to cover in this video. Here's an example of a niche that I just looked up. We have a roofer in Las Vegas and if you go inside the maps section here, you'll notice that there's a ton of roofers. And honestly, if you click more businesses right here, there's going to be an insane amount. Now, if you are genuinely looking for a roof or a chiropractor or a mustache therapist, or just in general, when you go to Amazon, how do you shop for things? You go off of reviews. And so for example, even though this guy right here, Rhino Roofing is number two, right? Number two on Google, they have 80 reviews, right? They have 80 reviews. However, they have a 4.1 star rating. So you can approach them and say, hey, listen, you have a 4.1 star rating. You have a lot of good reviews, but this other guy that's above you, Elite Las Vegas Roofing, they have a 4.7 star rating. So look, if I could help you get, right, you're already ranked so well in Google, but if I could just help you get up to a 4.7 or a 4.9 and we can get it to 100 reviews, 150 reviews, how much more business do you think that's going to bring in, right? How many more projects is that going to bring in to your front door? And this is how you really, really sell it and get them to see the value. Now, what I used to do is I would show them all the features. I would say, look, we're going to build you a landing page like this. It's going to say, how would you rate us? And if someone clicks five stars, it's going to go to Google. But then if someone clicks three stars or one star, it's going to save them from publishing an online review, right? That's exactly what this does. Then you could just type in your review here, you hit submit, and then all it's going to do is send to the client. So it won't even get published on Google. A lot of these people, what they do is they just send their Google link to everyone or to everyone that they think is going to leave them a Google review. And I've noticed a lot of people, the reason, a lot of business owners, the reason they don't have more reviews is because they're kind of scared. They don't know what they're going to say. And so having a funnel like this, that weeds out the bad reviews early works really well. But anyways, I used to show this and then I would show them all the different features of, oh, well, we have this review page and then it's going to be under funnels. And then if you look at automations, you can actually click get review and this and that, and it would just confuse them. The better way to really sell reviews and reputation management is by going in and just showing them their competitors. This is going to be so powerful. Show them their competitors, show them what they're doing on a Zoom screen share, like I'm doing right now. And ask them good questions about how much more money is it going to make them. So you want to tie everything back into more money and more customers into their business, into higher conversion rates, right? These people are probably paying for SEO. They're probably paying for some kind of marketing, and you can use that to your advantage. Say how much are you paying for your advertising? And once they tell you a thousand, 2000, 3000 say, okay, well, look, you're already spending all that money. That's amazing. What if I could help you automate a bunch of your reviews and will automatically send out review requests directly to a funnel so you don't have to worry about it. And if you got a 4.7 rating or 4.8 or 4.9 rating with hundreds of reviews, not only are you going to appear higher, but also you're going to get more phone calls. Let's just say Bob, Susie, whatever their name is. If I could help you get an extra one client per month in your industry, how much revenue is that? And in this niche, so with roofers, that's an extra $10,000, right? Now, if you're working with chiropractors, then maybe it's going to be less per client, but still you can tell them, hey, if I helped you get an extra 10 clients per month, what does that mean in terms of your revenue? And you want to just let them tell you what kind of revenue that's going to bring in. And you don't want to tell them, you might know your industry. If you've really niched down the way that I like to do it, so everything's automated and you can copy and paste it, then you can tell them their own numbers back to them, but you want them to say it. You want them to come to this conclusion. Okay, great. So you would bring on an extra 10 customers per month. What does that mean in terms of revenue? How much more money would you make if you got an extra five customers, 10 customers per month? Ah, okay. That's very interesting. And then you can ask him something like, look, when you go to Amazon, how do you typically shop on Amazon? Do you go off of the very first listing? Or do you typically look at the reviews and you just buy the one that has the most reviews? And Amazon is a great example I like to use because everyone shops there and everyone knows about it. And once they admit to you, yes, when I go on Amazon, I go buy a lot of reviews, you'll have a huge selling advantage. And then you want to get them to believe that this is actually going to help them say, hey, if we could implement a funnel like this, right, if we can get more leads or more past customers into this funnel, do you think we can hit an extra 100 reviews, an extra 50 reviews, an extra 20 reviews, however big their past customer list is, honestly, doesn't really matter because even if it's 20 people, right, if we can help them get an extra 10 reviews, that still means a lot. And it can still improve their rating quite a bit. And now, as you can see, I'm leading them down a path where in their own mind, they can realize, oh, actually, yes, I need this. And yes, I believe that you can help me. Then you can go in and pitch them the service. We charge 300 a month. I suggest you do something similar. And then also what you can do is so I give this template away right here that you are seeing to all of my affiliates. You could check out the link down below in the description for the free course. And then all you would have to do is just take their past list of customers, which everyone has some kind of a list of customers and just import them into your GoHighLevel account. And we have an automation, right? So we have a whole like funnel and we have a bunch of stuff built out where all you have to do is add them as a contact and it'll automatically text and email their past contacts and ask them for a review. So literally in the first week, what you can do is get them 50, 20, 80, whatever their number is, the past customers, you can get them a bunch of reviews literally within the first week that they sign up. And this is an amazing service because it brings them so much money, as I just showed. And it's so easy for you to do, right? We have it all built. You just implement it, import it, and then send the contacts to a link like that. And they're going to get a ton of Google reviews and they are going to love you because you also want to set it up to be an ongoing service. Make it as part of their automation. So every time they close a client or they mark a client as closed, then they also get added to that Google review campaign. That's exactly what we do. So your clients don't ever have to worry about, are we getting more reviews? Are we not? How are our competitors doing? They don't have to worry about it. They can keep growing their business and focus on their day to day. And we can just handle the reviews. You set it up one time, charge them 300 bucks a month, and it's super worth it.
