They come up with lots of creativity. This will lead them to being more open to trying new things and achieving a higher job satisfaction. And what do you get? You get a lot of creative ideas and innovation in your workplace. Isn't that great? Two, collaboration. Isn't that what all of us are looking for right now? Employees are much more likely to come together as a team to collaborate. A positive culture facilitates social interaction, teamwork and open communication. This collaboration can lead to some amazing results that you yourself have never thought about. So collaboration is the key. Three, work performance. Strong company cultures have been linked to high rates of productivity. This is because employees tend to be more motivated and dedicated to employers who invest in their well-being and happiness.
