Speaker 1: Hello and welcome to another How to Interprefy video. My name is Vladimir and in this video I will present the features you will encounter working in the Interpreter's mode of the platform. The first window you will encounter upon logging in is the Language Settings box which contains two very important sections. First one is incoming or in other words the feed you are getting for interpretation. Source or if you prefer floor is what you hear by default. Depending on the complexity of the event and client's needs we could enable two additional incoming languages besides the source. Second one is outgoing section and here you can choose the language you will interpret into. When necessary you can select a relay language which will be set on both incoming and outgoing sides. I will choose Spanish as my primary and English as a relay language. Let's easily start from the top part of the platform. First function that we encounter is the Language Settings menu which opens the same window that we got when logged into the platform initially. Next to it you have a full screen preview. Then Restart All Lines button to refresh your connections and Settings button to select your audio device, adjust some additional settings and check for the keyboard shortcuts. In the very top right hand corner of the screen you will find the Logout button. Moving down we have those two sections incoming and outgoing which were predefined during login process. The blue volume bars control the volume of incoming feed and the orange ones will control volume of your partner's voice. Moving to the right there is a microphone symbol to turn the microphone on or off. Right of it you can see the cuff button to mute briefly when necessary. Lastly we have the handover function with two options, now and later. Right below we have chat section. There are three different types of chats. Meeting partner chat is the first one where the remote support, your partner and you can communicate between each other. Below you have event chat used by participants and meeting organizers. And lastly in the very bottom right hand corner of the screen you can find the remote support chat to contact the remote support directly. Now check left hand side of the screen. There is a video section which occupies the biggest part of the screen. In the top right hand corner of this section you can adjust the video quality. Below that one you can turn on auto button to have active speaker placed in this main part of the video section. Two monitors option is great when you have a setup like that and you can extract the video in another browser window and move it to the other screen. Below we have active speaker button that will shut off video feed of all the speakers except for the active one. In the bottom right part you can find four arrow symbol which will take you to a different mode of the platform which is called full screen interface. Majority of the screen here is designated for the video you have chosen to be on the main stage. On the smaller left portion of the screen you will see all the other inactive speakers who are streaming their audio and video same as in the standard interface we had before. Enter gallery preview in both standard and full screen interface by clicking on the bigger video. All of the available videos here will be of the same size. You can exit this mode by clicking on any of the videos. Now let's focus on this bottom bar which contains most of the commands we previously had in the standard interface mode just in a different order and position. From left to right we have incoming and outgoing sections with the volume bars and also since the bar disappears after few seconds if you don't move your mouse you can click on this white pin which will turn red and the bar will stay fixed. Moving to the right if you are actively interpreting you will see this white symbol and now button to initiate handover. There is no layer option here like in the standard mode. Then you will have a split screen icon which is a new option in this mode and after that active speaker button. Message symbol will activate all of the chats. Next to that we have restart all lines button and microphone symbol to enable or disable it. Right next to the microphone button you will find a cuff function. There is a logout button in the top right hand corner of the screen as well as the red microphone symbol to indicate that you are streaming your audio. Below those you can find auto button. Pay attention to the top left hand corner of every video, no matter small or big, you can see a wide eye symbol which will disable feed for that video. And finally four arrows in the bottom right will take us back to the standard interface. For more detailed information check out our knowledge base which you can find on this link. That would be all for this how to interpret video and see you in the next one, bye.
