Speaker 1: In this video I will show you how the Creator app on scale works from the perspective of a creator. So once the creator downloaded the app, they open the app and then what we see is they are in your workspace. So you can imagine here that your agency is named Talent Agency Demo and as a creator I can see the tasks that are due today, my active brand deal so I can see I have one. I can see the value of the active brand deal so now I see that I'm working on brand collaboration for about $12,000. I can also track my upcoming payments. You can see verified reach, this is the social accounts that are connected through the app and that's how talent managers can have the social media statistics in their dashboard. So let's start with that. So if as a creator I click on verified reach, I can see that I land on a screen where I can connect my social accounts and by doing that all the information about my metrics will go straight to my talent manager. Going back to the main screen, let's have a look at the active brand deals. So I see as a creator that I have a deal with Evian. So let's click on it. Once I click on it I have a lot of details. First I can see what are the deliverables, the draft date, the go live date, my manager left a comment so apparently I'm invited to Evian launch party in New York. I can also see that I have a task to do, so to check brand feedback and update content. I will click on it later. I can see that the payment related to this campaign is waiting and I'll be paid in a few months, so about two months from now because we in March. Then here I have the brief, the brand overview and details about the deliverables. So from here I can go to the task directly and here I can see okay my manager left me a task that I can complete right here. I will not complete the tasks now because I want to show you more things before. So okay that's cool. I have a lot of information right here. So let's go back to the home screen, click on home. So task due today. Okay so actually I have a task overdue and here you can see that when a task is not completed even if the task is five months old, the app will always push this overdue task at today. So this is something that is here. But tomorrow I see that I also have a task and this task is about to check brand feedback. So as a creator I can type text here. So let's say if I have to write a script, send I don't know like a concept, I can upload videos, photos, music. But let's say if I don't understand the instructions for my manager here, what I can do is click on the chat button on the top right corner and then I would go straight in the conversation with my manager in the app. This conversation mentions the task that I have question about and then I can write here hello I need help with my task and then my manager will receive this message and be able to help me with this specific task. And let's say I'm done with this task so let me write something here and then as a creator I can mark this task as done. And so now you can see that this task that was due for tomorrow is in the folder completed. If you click on it you can see that I sent to my manager my submission and that is now the status of the task is in review. So in the manager portal the manager will have a notification and will be able to review my task and confirm that everything is in order. Let's go back to the home screen and now let's have a look to the payments. So upcoming payments as a creator I'm excited about the money I'm making and so I click on upcoming payment and I can see that okay I have a YouTube AdSense payment that is coming in March and the reference is February. So I guess YouTube is paying with net 30 so the creator can click on this line and have more detail right. So here's in this case there's not that much detail. Let's look at the Avian payment and by clicking on it here's more detail because I can see that I would be paid through Zill and I have like things that I was able to see in the preview like when the payment supposed to be done. Obviously when the payment is made then you have a new category that will appear here that is paid. So this is it. If you wonder what is squad. Squad is basically the management team that is in charge of this specific creator. So as a creator if I click on squad I land on the group chats. So by default each creator has two chat rooms. So a general campaign chat room where we can discuss the current campaigns and a second chat group called accounting and payment. And it's a good thing because you don't necessarily want to have your financial team involved in a group chat about the campaign. So and you don't want necessarily your creators to ask talent managers about their invoices. They need to have this conversation with your financial team so you can separate who is in what group chat. But in the app the creators can still have private conversations with your team members and so this tool can totally replace your telegram, whatsapp, iMessage, group chats and you can centralize everything in one app. Last stop is the settings. So in the settings your creator can see their picture. They can change the picture. The picture they change here will affect their profile and their media kit. So it's better for them to not necessarily change it but they can. They can have access to their social account. So here back to the screen where we can connect their different social accounts. We can see the privacy policies. They can secure their account by adding a pin code. We can log out and we can delete their account. This is it. If you have more questions feel free to reach out. We always improve and update the app so if you have any requests for specific features let us know.
