Speaker 1: Razor's Edge NXT allows you to manage the various relationships that you have with the different people at your organization. Robert here is one of our major donors, as you can see up here. We have information on how to contact him. And all of this is in my web browser, so you'll be able to access the Razor's Edge NXT from any device, whether it's your phone, your tablet, or your computer. It's fully responsive and it's also customizable. We can move things around to customize the way we might be viewing information on a constituent profile. And this is particular to the user, so each user has their own experience. Embedded in the Razor's Edge NXT are smart tags that give you information about what's going on with your constituent, as well as wealth ratings to help you identify someone's giving potential. And we also have things like data enrichment services to help you update email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses that are all built into your subscription to help keep information up to date and make sure that you're reaching people where they want to be reached. On a constituent's profile, we also see things like someone's gifts, a timeline of their interactions with us that we can go back and forth and see. We also see things like notes and actions, different interactions that we're having on a personal level, and we can add these actions directly from our phone through talk to text, on our computer by typing in the information, and we can even integrate this with either Outlook or Google Calendars, so whenever we create a future action, that will appear on our own personal calendars to make sure that nothing is slipping through the cracks. If your organization is tracking things like proposals or opportunities with an individual or a foundation, you'll be able to track those here. And you'll also be able to utilize the relationships area to track the different relationships that you might have across your database, whether it's someone's spouse, employer, their children, where they might attend, worship services, or even their attorney. If your organization has events, your event tile will tell you what types of events that person's attending, and we can even do things like add a gift directly from here. Someone's appeals also help us identify when we're reaching out to them, either through an email or a direct mail ask. Each individual at your organization will also have their own work center. So not only do you have one individual with Robert, relationship with Robert, you also have a work center, where in the work center you can manage various relationships you may have. And all those tags that tell us what's going on with that individual appear and bubble up to the top. I can manage my portfolio. I can even manage my actions from here. There's also a number of different statistical information I can see down here to help manage my day-to-day, such as the fact that I have some pledges I might want to follow up with donors on, or that I have some individuals in my portfolio I may need to follow up with. Razor's Edge NXT is easily navigated through clicking on different tabs. We also have an omnibar menu up here at the top. And if there's ever a question, you can click on that question mark, and it'll pop open some information about the page that you're on. You can dig a little deeper to get some more details about what you're looking at, or you can also start a chat with someone here at Blackbaud. They'll be able to help you answer your question, or you can even look up your own answers through the knowledge base, which is a way to look up some information about some questions that other organizations may have had. Finally, there is a community, a community of users that are using Razor's Edge NXT that are interacting with each other, and also interacting with people here at Blackbaud. We make sure that we apply resources and different webinars within that community, so you have a full picture of what's going on with Razor's Edge NXT. In addition to managing those relationships, you also need to do things like segment different lists and pull reports. So we've built pre-built dashboards that are available to you out of the box that give you information such as year-over-year performance, how your campaigns are stacking up, different funds that you might be tracking. And all of these allow you to drill down into the detail. So while we can see that these different funds are competing against each other, and there's different revenue coming in against the goal, I may want to have a little more detail about my annual fund. And on the right-hand side here, it's opening about nine reports in particular to the annual fund. I can see my goal amount, the revenue, progress to my goal. I can also see information such as donors by giving level, gifts by age, campaigns that I might be running as part of this annual fund. All of these reports are pre-built. You don't have to do anything to make them happen, but if you wanted to filter and view more particular information, you could always click on this filter button, and it will provide you with an opportunity to drill down more into the details. These reports can be mailed, they can be scheduled, and they can also be just downloaded as PDFs. In addition to reporting, we can also do things like build lists, so segmented lists of our constituents straight from here. And there's also the opportunity to navigate to your other Blackbaud products if you're using another Blackbaud product that's in the Blackbaud sky.
