So over the years, I've done hundreds of presentations virtually and in person. And so now, InDemand is virtual. So what we're doing is we're making sure that whenever you attend this virtual experience, you're going to get what you need. You're going to get engagement, and also you're going to get the best content out there on the topic that you choose. Your story is so important because nobody has the same story as you. So whether that's business or your personal, nobody has the same story as you. So you want to leverage that whenever you're putting that in your content. So when it comes to virtual, a lot of times people might think that, hey, it's not as engaging, but there's so many benefits to virtual as well. So for example, you can connect with so many more people, different locations, different countries, and you can impact so many more people in one time. So now we're going to go into breakout rooms. So what you're going to do is think about, you can talk about your challenges. What has worked for you when it comes to remote teams? A person came to one of my seminars a while ago, and she works with hundreds of nurses. Once they decided to move from paper to electronic record system, everybody was upset. Months later, the nurses were excited because guess what? It turns out that that system saved them three hours during the day. So when you're in this experience with us, you're going to make sure that you have the best content available. And also you're going to have engagement throughout the presentations, videos, breakout sessions, and engagements through chat. I feel it's really important if you're a manager or even if you're on a team to be able to connect with your team, even if they're not in the office. So during my time at Google, I work with 32 remote teams, and there I learned how to communicate and connect with people that I don't see often. And if you're on a remote team, sometimes you feel isolated. So you want to make sure that you have that connection and also you have that same culture that you had before you went remote. So whenever I talk with organizations, we talk about how to be productive, how to be flexible of your time as a manager, and how to use tools to really connect with your audience and your team.
