Today we will be looking at 91TransDeck, the easiest software to manage your translation business. 91TransDeck is a cloud-based translation management software that lets you securely manage all the processes of your translation business, from storing a new lead to delivery of a project. To access free online demo account, visit demo.91transdeck.com and login to the account using email demo at 91transdeck.com and password 123456. After login, a user-friendly dashboard will appear. This dashboard shows basic information about your business operations in real-time, like the number of active projects, overdue invoices, projects running late, conversion rate, etc. To quickly customize the software according to your needs, click on Settings on the top bar. From here, you can set up the languages in which you provide services, invoice format, your organization's details, currencies you accept, and all the other things that you will need while using the software. Once done, you are good to go. To keep the entire software uniform, all modules are designed in the same way. For example, process of adding a new project is similar to how you add a new lead. To add a new lead, simply click on Leads tab on the left navigation menu, and then click on the Add New button. An Add New Lead form will appear, where you can easily add lead details like inquiry date, lead source, language combination requested, job type, and all the other important details. Once you submit, the newly added lead will appear at the top along with all the previous leads. You can track your leads in this table by seeing whether the quotation has been sent for this lead and whether the lead is closed, open, or lost. Yes, it is that easy. With 91TransDeck, you can manage your clients' and vendors' data easily. To add a new client, click on Clients tab in the left navigation menu, and then click on Add New. Fill up and submit the client details, and the new client will appear in the alphabetically ordered clients list. You can open a client's profile to view their details, past quotations and invoices, projects with their current status, and deadline. Similar to clients, you can manage your vendors by clicking on Vendors tab in the left navigation menu, and then click on the Add New button. From this form, you can add vendors with the language combinations they work in, industry expertise, job type, individual charges for every combination. Rate vendors based on their performance, view the real-time status of their jobs, and record the payments you make to them. With 91TransDeck, you can easily create quotations, print them, and even mail them directly from here, by clicking on the Send Email icon. Also, when your client gives a go-ahead on the quotation, with one click on Convert to Project button, you can simply convert the quotation to a new project. TransDeck makes project management a breeze. Collaborate with your client with this unique messaging feature. Each project has a separate conversation module, using which you can send messages to a client, regarding a project, and the client can reply back using the portal. You can also assign jobs to different vendors, and track the project's status in real-time, simply by clicking on Jobs tab in a project's page. Click on Assign Jobs, and the software will automatically suggest the vendors based on your project and expertise required. Once the project is complete, you can generate the invoice using Convert to Invoice button, and all the project details will automatically be loaded in the invoice.
