Today I'm sharing all about this platform. I also invited a product manager from within the platform, Constantine, to walk us through using a specific example. Now Constantine is going to show us a lot of the features that will be relevant to your needs. What about pricing? You may be wondering, right? So at the growth level, Hopin will charge $2 per ticket. Now if you may have 5,000 to 10,000 attendees, that is $20,000 you may not anticipate. That's a problem. But Eventy's pricing structure is so easy. Eventy is one of the very few companies I've stumbled upon who actually offers this type of pricing. What is it? At the enterprise level, everything is covered for a single ticket price of $3,999 per year. Not per month, not per event. You are able to have unlimited events, unlimited attendees, and that's it. So let me tell you more about their features. Eventy not only specializes in virtual events, they also do in-person, which is live events, as well as hybrid events. They have a very robust ticketing system, which most other platforms wouldn't have. On top of that, you can build your entire webpage, your welcome page for your event. You can have your partners and sponsors. You can build custom pages. You have your web app. You have your mobile app. Plus you have your powerful analytics during and after the event. You have live feedback, commenting, and live polls. You can create newsfeed as the event is going on. You can also create custom menus, such as book recommendations or apps. Speaker 2: Hello, I'm Konstantin, and we are going to have a quick look at how Eventy can help you improve your attendees experience for your events. So here we have the virtual platform that we are going to focus on for virtual events specifically, but we also have landing pages created automatically for each of your events and also beautiful mobile application here that I personally love. Also for in-person events, or maybe you can use combination of both of virtual and the mobile app for hybrid events. So for this video, we are going to focus here on the virtual part. So as you can see, first thing is the look of it. So this you can personalize it as you wish. Starting from the domain, you can change this domain, your logo, your colors, the background colors, these colors, everything will match your branding. Also the banner and here in this left side menu, here on the left side of my screen, you can change all of these labels instead of program, you can call it agenda or what's going on, everything here. So as you wish, you can change these labels. Let's have just a quick overview of the main features here. So starting with the program here, this is the general program of the agenda about the event. This is totally personalizable by you. You can add multiple stages. If you have concurrent sessions, you can add here filters for your attendees to find sessions that they are interested in easily. As you can see, all the agenda gets filtered with this and multiple days right here. So one of the most important things about the agenda and the sessions is when we click on a session right here and we open all of these details. So this is one of the most important parts of your virtual event. And it's this, the streaming or the pre-recorded video. So we do both streamings, pre-recorded video, and we integrate with other platforms. For example, YouTube, as you can see right here, so YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Facebook Live, Zoom. Of course, we are going to focus on Zoom as well. And we have a new integration with Whereby. It's something similar to Zoom. They are only from Norway. That's the difference. It's a pretty cool platform. You can check it out. It's called Whereby. So this is one of the most important parts of the streaming, how they are going to watch the streaming. And here on the right side of my screen, super important, the engagement features, especially for virtual events. So we have right here live polling, live questions that your attendees can ask your live questions, or maybe use it as a chat. And then we have reviews where your attendees, they can leave their thoughts right here about the session. This will create a lot of analytics for you in the backend. Let me maybe pause the video here. And then we have newsfeed. Okay, here you can send push notifications to your attendees. So everything you need to inform them, if there is some change of plans, or maybe if you have some promotions where you want to promote some sponsors right here, this is a really great place to promote everything and to keep your audience updated. Also, we have the networking feature right here. So your attendees, they can join, create a profile like this nice guy right here, and they can add their picture, name, biography, everything, just depending on what they wish to add. And once you have a connection with someone, it's much based by the way. So once you have a connection with someone, you can start a chat, you can see more information about this person, or maybe you can even have a call. What I personally like about this feature is that, for example, we are here watching the session and chatting with someone at the same time, but I can go and I can see the speakers and I can still watch the session and I can still chat with the attendees. So I don't have to be in a specific place of the platform just to have a chat and then to go to another specific place in the platform to watch the session. I can watch the session while I'm interacting with many other things. So I really like this interactivity part. That was one of the most important things about the platform. Now, rest of the things is just information about the event. So for example, here you can add all the information about your speakers, your sponsors, that they will have categories maybe, and each sponsor has their individual page right here. Exhibitors, pretty much the same. If you have lots of exhibitors, you can list them right here and they will have their individual page with a lot of information you can add about them. And the last thing we have right here is this more button, but you can change it, as I mentioned at the beginning. And here is where we allow you to add all of the additional valuable information for your attendees. So, well, indoor map, not for a virtual event. I have this also for in-person events, but you can add images, PDF presentations, free text, so you can add anything, links to other platforms, basically everything that will help you provide additional valuable information about your event here in the platform.
