Speaker 1: This is so much better than Zoom, one platform to manage and host meetings, webinars, and events. Everything. I cannot wait to show you this. I'm Phil Palin, a brand strategist. Welcome to my channel where I promise practical advice to build your brand. Today, we're talking about a better tool for meetings and webinars. It is better in every way. I'm talking video quality, booking integrations, tools, analytics, and more, and get this, their core plan is free. It is called Sessions, and I'm going to show you up close. I will hop over to my computer now so we can do that. There are seriously so many things I love about Sessions, and maybe the most is that it's so visual. There's really now a way to organize your meeting in a way that feels exciting and interactive, collaborative, getting feedback, playing videos within this interface. This really takes what we might be used to on using tools like Zoom to the next level. The interaction is absolutely incredible, and even just efficiency is incredible. Now that I've shown you an overview, I'm going to actually take you through mine. This is my Sessions interface, and for this particular meeting, it's just going to be you and me so that I can focus on showing you around, giving you a little tour. First thing I want you to notice is here over on the left, this is my Session agenda. Now, it's totally flexible, so you can see it's actually got a time associated with it that I'm anticipating, but we can also go over time. They're totally flexible. You can also skip topics, so in this particular example, I'll skip ahead to showcase a website. You'll see right away, notice how I didn't have to share my screen. You don't even have to do that at all when you're using Sessions. It's completely collaborative without the need to share a screen. The problem with sharing screens is that the person that's watching can't actually interact with what you're doing, right? It's view only, but the reason I love Sessions is that we can actually interact together, so if there's more people on the call, they can actually interact with me without even having to leave the interface. It's got so many incredible integrations. If we click over here to this help section, I'm on the onboarding session because I want to show you just a few things, but you can look here and see some of the other integrations. It has Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Figma, Miro, Twitch, Adobe XD, Canva, Slido, Airtable, Evernote, Mentimeter, so many more, plus all these types of files, images, videos, PDFs, PowerPoints, and keynotes. How incredible to be able to do your presentations from here without, again, having to worry about opening all these different windows and screens. I find that the agenda on the left-hand side, for me, is a little bit like having a VA, except it's all technology, right? So here, if I wanted to deliver this presentation, this slideshow, again, I don't need to worry about jumping between apps. I can do it all directly from here. Best of all, you can create your agenda and save it as a template, and then you could share that with your team, for example, to kind of create that process upfront to enable your team members to have the most productive and visually exciting meetings possible. I absolutely love it. Now, I realize your mind might be running wild with all of the ways that you can use this, especially with how many integrations it has, so I recommend going on the sessions website and checking the use cases. So for example, I'm here looking at how someone in sales might actually set up their sessions to make their meetings more productive, have a higher join rate, better follow-ups for meetings. You can actually automate those in sessions. So I found it really useful to actually skip over here to case studies and have a look at some examples on how people are using this tool specifically for their type of business. Customer success is another area where sessions, this interface, makes it so proactive and collaborative for people to really get the most out of a meeting. While I'm over here on the website, I want to show you something very important. Typically, in these videos, people often ask, well, it looks great, but how much does it cost? I've got great news for you. It is free to start without even requiring a credit card when you sign up. Now, obviously, the free plan doesn't have everything available to you, particularly if you might be a bigger company. You might be looking at one of the larger subscriptions with more features, but the best thing ever is that you can go and try sessions for yourself right now without having to leave a credit card to see if this platform or interface might make sense for you to migrate from your meeting tool that you might be using now. I know the second that I hopped in here and tried out some of these interfaces and realized that they were going to make my meeting so much better, I am absolutely loving sessions for my business, and particularly my clients, I've noticed, have reacted in such a positive way to this experience that now my clients are using the interface because they like it so much more than Zoom and other competitors. And small business, as well, it's really fun when companies like Sessions make such incredible tools available to small businesses and not just enterprise clients. For me, I'm giving brand strategy, website presentations, and I really truly can't imagine a better tool. I'm showing you on screen what you get with each plan.
