Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Roland Leggett from Insights Australia, and today I want to talk to you about Viva Engage. Now, Viva Engage is a new tool that's been added to Microsoft Teams, but it's not really a new tool because it's the evolution of Yammer. So all those social media algorithms, digital or online communities that we build up within our organization that we used to in Yammer are now going to surface in Teams through Viva Engage. So you want to create a storyline, you want to share personal information, you know, the stuff that you used to chat about at the water cooler or the coffee machine. How do you have those conversations in this hybrid world of work? Viva Engage is your digital solution to have those conversations. Let's have a quick look at what we can do with Engage. So here we are in the Viva Engage window. Viva Engage brings people together across the organization to connect with leaders and co-workers, to find answers to questions, share the unique story and find belonging at work. Viva Engage is really built on Yammer and brings together all those Yammer experiences you had around communities, open conversations, personalized discovery with a whole bunch of new features and functionality. So in this Viva Engage window here, I can see that Paddy's posted something in leadership about our new offices. This is in the leadership community. I'm a member of the Leadership Innovation Cafe and the all company community within Viva Engage. I could start a discussion, post questions, praise or even do a poll. OK, so here within operations, we've got a conversation going by Nestor. Paddy has put in a poll regarding last year's company meeting. I can say IT and vote for that and look at the number of votes we've got. We've got information that's been shared here, almost like a knowledge management system across the organization around the functionality within Office 365. We can give praise. Miriam's giving kudos to Paddy over here. It's an amazing tool to bring together people in a digital community. Sometimes people are not working together or in this world of hybrid work, they may be geographically separated. And these communities that we've got within Viva Engage can really bring people together. So I could go to the Innovation Cafe and see what's happening in the Innovation Cafe. It's really, you know, bringing buzz back to the business around our community ideas and innovations. We have a bunch of resources that are available. We can use it to connect with people, build communities, spark engagement between leaders, exchange knowledge and really keep people active in their experience. So this is all part of Microsoft's Viva platform. And if we wanted to add Viva Engage, we would simply go to the ellipsis down on the bottom left-hand corner and select to add Viva Engage. So I've already added here into our window. So if you need to engage your team or your organization in a digital platform with open, free-flowing conversations that really flatten the organizational hierarchical structure, Viva Engage is the tool for you to share thoughts, ideas and updates. So use Viva Engage to share those stories, those moments with your online community. At Insight, we're in the process of moving offices at the moment. And what we're doing is we are using Viva Engage to drive down our dependency on email and also flatten the organizational structure. So from the CEO to the janitor, you can have a say on the social network. And this allows your staff to feel empowered and engaged in this online community that is Viva Engage.
