It's best for people who want to be personal with the partners that make their jobs possible. Salsa CRM is best for someone with an engineering background who is pretty code-oriented, maybe thinks like a computer. Getting started with Salsa CRM was a bit like trying to board a jet that has no instructions, and then you get on board and you find out you're the pilot. Honestly, it was to me a convoluted process that made, to me, the simplest of reports amazingly over-complex. Getting started with Kela felt like from the day that you opened it up that you knew how it was wired. It just felt more intuitive. It felt more modern. The importing seemed much more straightforward. And so getting started with Kela was, to me, it just felt like I'd been working with it all my life. Obviously, when looking for these kinds of softwares, a person is usually looking for something that is powerful yet intuitive. They need to look for something that is capable of adapting to the user's needs while keeping the user within a set of guardrails that guards your data and its integrity. I think people want this software, most of all, to be fast and just respond quickly and give you back your cursor quickly. And in order for these softwares to work, it seems like the help files and the videos and such, all the documentation needs to be available and easy to follow at a glance so that any worker in the shop can find answers when he or she needs it.
