Speaker 1: Hello, Kamamshi. In today's video, we'll talk about how to transcribe audio to text and how you can earn $20 or more just by transcribing audio to text. And since it's New Year, I have a bonus hack to share with you so you can automatically transcribe an audio or video to text. So if you're ready, let's get started as in... Now, now. A lot of people, especially beginners who don't have the skills yet, are looking for simple online data entry jobs. And transcription jobs are one of the jobs I recommend to you since a lot of people are already doing podcasts or even YouTube channels and videos. So transcription is one of the in-demand jobs, especially for next year. And we have a video interview with Mamshi Gray, a transcriptionist, where she will share her experiences, valuable tips, and advices, including online websites where we can apply as a transcriptionist. So some of the websites are Rev.com, QA World, GoTranscript, Scribi, and many more. However, did you know that there's also a service or gigs of Fiverr for transcription jobs? Well, that's what I'm going to teach you, where you can earn $5 to $20 or more just by transcribing audio to text. So let's get started. I will walk through you with my computer. To see where the transcription jobs are, all you have to do is go to Writing and Translation, and then Transcripts. Oops, there. Then, as you can see, a lot of sellers are offering transcription gigs. And one of my inspirations is TransXpert. I believe he's a Filipino because of the way he speaks. And I was really inspired by him here at Fiverr because I saw the potential because a lot of people are ordering from Fiverr about transcription jobs. And by the way, just a disclaimer, I'm not a transcription expert. I've had experience before in transcribing, but that is part of being a virtual assistant as the client sends me tasks, audio notes, and I transcribe them. Then I send it to him in a form of Word document. But then this time, I want to start creating a real gig on Fiverr. And this is the transcription job I saw. We can earn $5 or more. Actually, $5 to $20 or more. When I checked TransXpert, when I saw the profile of TransXpert, I saw that the charge is $5 and the premium is $20. And for other sellers, there's a chance to go higher. So, it depends on your experience. So, you can start with $5 if you're just a beginner and you're just starting to transcribe. So, how can I create a gig? Simply go to the switch to buying. This time, I'm the one who will sell. So, after I click on that, click on gigs. And then create a new gig. So, I already created one recently because I want to try it. This is it. You provide quality transcript. But then I will walk through how you will do it. I will just click on edit here so you can see the content of my gig for transcription. So, this is also what you will do. Okay, so all you have to do is click on create a new gig. And there, it will fill out the information. Now, I'll go back to my gig for transcription because the steps we will do are the same. For me, I already have the content so you can see what I will add or what you can add when you will create your own gig for transcription. So, I will just cancel this. Here, click on the arrow and then edit. There. So, for the gig title, actually what I did is I opened the Pintrans Expert and then I referred to what's in it. It's the same for other sellers. You can do the same. You just have to edit the other parts or revise or delete if you think you can't do it or it's not part of your plan for transcription. So, for the gig title, the I will is automatically there. So, just add it. There. Let's say, I will provide quality transcripts for any English audio or video. For the Pintrans Expert, it says 4-10 minutes. So, I removed that because I'm still new. Then, for the categories, writing and translation. And then for subcategory, transcripts. Then, for the language, just set what language you will use. Normally, English and Filipino are for me or for others. It's the same. But if you can use other languages, you can just include that. Here, just put a checkmark on the language that you want to offer. And then for the search tags, just choose or put up to 5 keywords. When we say search tags, it's equivalent to keywords. That's the way or words where you can easily search for clients in Fiverr. So, you can use audio transcription, transcriber or audio to text or whatever. Whatever you can think of. When you type there, for example, let me delete this. There are already appearing. So, you can choose there, audio recording, audio to text. It's up to you. It's up to you. It's up to you to discard it. For me, I just tried it. So, in case that everything, if you think there are parts that are not working, you can simply go back, edit, revise, improve so that there's a bigger chance that clients will see you and order a gig from you. So, just save it when you're done. Next, we will do the pricing. Now, for the packages, you will put 3 options or you can just put 1. But, it's better to put 3 options. This is the basic. I just copied it. I just copied it from Transexpert and then I just edited it. So, I put standard bronze. You can put basic or whatever title of your package. So, you can just copy the same and then revise. Then, 7 days delivery or if you can finish it faster, it's better. Then, I just put how many speakers I can transcribe. If you want, just put 2. It's okay. There's no problem. Then, if you can add more to your $5 package, just check it. If not, you can uncheck it. So, just do it with standard and premium. So, just change the price. Put $10 for this and $20 for the other one. Then, if you think the delivery is faster, put whatever you think you can do better. You don't need to copy what's on the package. It's just my guide. Now, if you want to offer extras, just put a tick or a check on these boxes. Here, I just put an extra. There's a timer on YouTube, right? If it's between 2 seconds to 5 seconds, this is what it will say. So, if they want that, they can add $20. So, if you think you don't need to, you don't need to add more. Then, just hit save when it's done. So, let's go to the description. So, in the description, I just referred to it and edited it. You can do the same. Then, edit it. Then, I just added others. I highlighted something. For the searchable tags, the keywords, my advice is to show your keywords in the title, description, and searchable tags. For example, if you want a video transcription keyword, it's a way for you to find Fiverr easily. So, if someone types a video transcription, there's a chance for you to find clients. So, in the description box, I believe you can mention your keywords up to 7 or 5 times. You don't need to do it again and again. Let's say, video transcription, transcribing video, audio to text, transcribing audio. You can do it back and forth or adjust it a bit so that Fiverr won't abuse your usage of keywords. So, remember that. So, when you're done, highlight what you can do, what your plan is, or you can just simply copy it and edit whatever is in my description box. When you're done, if you have additional questions for the client, just include it here and then save. Okay. For the requirements, what I put here is if they have a video link to send, or if they'll just send it as an attachment, or if I need to log in, that's what I put here. But if you think you need to add something, just add it, add another requirement, and then hit save. For the gallery, this is your thumbnail on YouTube. This is the client's basis if they should click on you. So, at the beginning, it should be really attractive. My advice, I used a red background because the advice of other people who give tips for Fiverr, as much as possible, the color of your cover image shouldn't blend with the color of Fiverr. So, if it's green, don't use green or white because the client won't notice if you're using the same color or if there should be a contrast. So, that's what I used, red. Others use brown, blue, purple, yellow, it's up to them. As much as possible, don't blend. And up to three cover images, actually, you need to do three cover images. The first one, if you want, it should be your first image. The first one you upload will be your frontliner or your front image. So, it should be really attractive to the client's eyes. So, for me, I just put my picture, nothing special. But it's up to you. Others just use laptops. For those who offer gigs, they're almost the same. So, make sure you stand out, including your back, your color, the picture you're using so that it's easier for you to notice. Okay? Because if you're both the same, and your text is small, and your color is dull, there's a high chance that you'll be noticed, especially since we don't have any reviews yet. Okay? So, this is just a start. Then, the other two images are just supporting photos. So, it's up to you if you want to spend more time. But for me, I just added, I just added, I just edited the color of the font. Then, the last one, I just added someone typing. Then, it can be just a laptop. But the most important thing is your first image. Now, you can create images using Canva. If you're not familiar yet, it's free. We have a tutorial about creating graphics using Canva. I'll put the link in the description box so that you can follow how you can design. The size is just 550 x 370. So, the width is 550. The height is 370. And, there. You can start creating your designs for cover image or cover photo using Canva. So, if you want to add a video, like what you saw in TransXpert, I'll switch to selling again so that I can find it. Here. There. There. So, if you want to add a video, it's better to do it here in Fiverr so that it adds points to your profile and you can find it easily because it's more attractive. So, let's go back to switch to buying. So, if you want to add a video here, a PDF, put it where you think it can help and make your gig better and then just save it. And then, you'll receive a notification in your email that you've created a gig and they're congratulating you that you have a new gig in Fiverr. Now, as promised, this is the simple way or automatically you can transcribe your audio to text or video to text. Now, considering that you already have a Google Drive account, just simply go to New and then Google Docs. And then, at the very top, you click on Tools and Voice Typing. So, there. Once you hear the mic and you've started speaking, whatever you'll say will be documented or typed here in the Google Docs. Now, it can be Tagalog or any other language that you'll say or hear, it will be typed. But, this Google Docs is mainly used for human language. But, I have one more thing to teach you where you can record or document using your mobile phone. Now, if you'll notice, there are parts that are not correct. Like this. So, it's up to you. Just edit it. So, it's not that perfect because it also affects if the background is loud, if the background music is loud, if it's noisy, if it's windy, or if the accent is loud when you're speaking. So, just fix it. Now, as promised, this is one more hack that I'll teach you. Just use your mobile phone. Here's another way that you can use to automatically transcribe your audio to text using your mobile phone. Now, as mentioned, just open the messages or notes of your cell phone. And then, you can see a small mic here. There. Just click it. And then, just tap it. Oops. There. So, it's starting. Everything that you're gonna say here will start typing here in your notes. There. Now, I'll show you when we play YouTube videos on our desktop. I'll just put it in front of my speaker so that it can start recording. You can still see it online. I'll put the video link in the description box so that you can watch it after this video. So, to save money that you can use, you can also do an online job or look for other sources of income if you still don't have enough money. Just make sure to be careful with the online make money. You can do legit surveys.
Speaker 2: So, I hope you liked our video for today. If you have any suggestions,
