Speaker 1: Hello everyone, my name is Ildi Konyári, and in this video I'll show you what I use to keep all information of a deposition in place, intact. And it is a simple Microsoft notepad, which has a file extension txt, yet the words are searchable in case I'm looking for something, and it is a small file in terms of size. Maybe just one or two kilobytes. And I can also easily resize the window on the screen and move it to another place on the screen to avoid distractions. I copy and paste everything from the material I get, here I'm typing, but in reality I just copy and paste. So first the caption, and then the work number, and all the information of the case. And then the witness. And below I have the deposing attorney and his or her email address. I also copy and paste the firm's name, address and phone number. Under it I list up all the other parties just the same way. And then I draw a separation line from where I list up the spellings, addresses and dates specific to that deposition. And here I also write the marked exhibits and demands made during the deposition, and other special instructions or requests. The words are searchable in case I'm looking for something, and I can also easily resize the window on the screen and move it to another place on the screen to avoid distractions. In the end I fill out what I also want to keep in the record, the end time when the deposition ended, and the running time of the deposition on the record. And then I save this file in each deposition's folder and keep it for record keeping. I hope you find this information useful, whatever you may use or are wondering what to use. If you need more information, the rules of remote proceedings are outlined by AAERT, and this is the governing body for electronic reporters and transcribers, also called digital coach reporters. And they regulate how remote coach reporting has to be conducted, and certify reporters and transcribers with designation CER and or CET, just like stenographic reporters are certified by the NCRA. So two different bodies certify and regulate the procedures, remote versus in-person. And the in-person can also be done digitally called hybrid. So thank you for your interest, and have a successful day. Bye now.
