This can save you tons of hours and can be really helpful for when you want to transcript meetings, YouTube videos, or any other content. The tool is free to use up to 30 minutes a month. Now let's get started. First up you want to go to the website Media.io. We have put a link into the description. From there the steps are really simple. You want to click on the purple button and from there you want to find the file you want to import. From there you want to select the language the file is in. Media offers eight languages in total which makes it great for lots of languages. Now that you have done that you want to click on the purple button. Now prompt sign and prompt will pop up. You can easily sign up with your Google or Facebook account or you can create an account manually by clicking on the create account option. Now once you have done that Media.io will start working on your imported file. It might take a minute but once it's done I will show you the transcript of your audio or video file. Now if you want to edit your file before you want to transcript it you can use the website called Audio Trimmer. A link will be in the description. With this website you can easily cut out pieces of the audio you don't like, change the volume of files if the sound is not clear enough, speed up or slow down an audio file or you can use it to convert in video to mp3. This can be really helpful for when you want to edit an audio file before using the transcription software or when you want to edit for example a voiceover you want to use for one of your videos.
