+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Hi everyone, I am Pramod, Project Manager at Comlap India. Today, we are going to discuss about the application of cyber habits in e-learning project management. Once, I was going through a training session in Comlap India on cyber habits and its effectiveness. Then, as a project manager, I realized that these 7 habits are very helpful to enhance my project management skills. Also, these habits help me to complete my project on time and successfully. Once, I conducted an in-depth analysis of these 7 habits, I found that each of these habits is highly connected to project management. Today, we are going to see the first 3 habits and how they are connected with e-learning project management. The very first habit is to be proactive. A project manager needs to be proactive. He must have the ability to choose the right response to his team members. When there is a sudden change in the project's scope, he needs to take the action proactively. He is the one who is responsible for the consequences of all project-related decisions. He needs to take the right decision at the right time. Any wrong decision might take his project out of the project management triangle. The second habit is to begin with an end in mind. Being a project manager, one should be able to visualize the big picture of the assigned project. What will be the end? What does the client actually want? How should the look and feel of the e-learning course should be? At the initial stage of the project, a project manager should visualize the whole picture. He should have an idea of the deliverables. It will help the project manager to plan for a risk. Once the whole picture is created in advance, he will be able to find what can go wrong. The third one is to put first things first. A project manager might be handling multiple projects. All the projects may not require the same amount of his involvement at the same time. There might be some projects where the project manager's involvement is almost negligible. So, he has to prioritize his works according to the priorities. He has to make a to-do list to put his first things first. If he doesn't make a to-do list depending on the priorities, then all his project-related deliverables may become a chaos and it will take him out of the project management triangle. So, about the remaining four habits, we will discuss in another video. Thanks for your time. Thank you.
