Speaker 1: The number of times where I've been running a development program and people have walked in, seen the materials and just gone, wow, this is really professional. I'm an organisational development manager. I've worked across a number of industries, fast moving consumer goods, mining, energy and oil and gas. High quality materials helps in terms of the retention of learning. That's really important in terms of the programs that I deliver. You're not going to get anywhere if you're going in and delivering materials that are substandard. And already they're not feeling like, you know, training is worthwhile. So Move by Design is able to take on board the business requirements and translate the requirements of that business into graphics that will resonate with the people in the business. Move by Design has helped me engage employees in a whole new way. And they've done that by creating visually exciting materials, but materials with a little bit of an edge. So if you think about a transformation program that you might be running, don't just think about what are the posters on the wall, think about what are the options that I could create. So Move by Design has created banners for websites that I've produced. They've produced Z cards which fold up and down and Z cards which fold out and give directions on policies and procedure changes. They've produced videos instead of training materials. So it opens up a whole new degree of opportunities for being able to deliver on your change programs. We put together a full-scale performance management video that went for 10 minutes. So rather than flying facilitators around the organisation, which was an Asia-Pacific organisation, rather than flying facilitators around and having that expense, what we did was we put together a 10-minute video that was essentially pre-work. And then we were able to run Skype sessions, which people had watched the video, they participated in a Skype session, and then they went off and did some activities. Now, the return on investment for that was quite significant. The feedback that we got from senior executives was fantastic because it wasn't taking people off the job. And so from a productivity perspective, it was very valuable. And the people who participated in that particular activity found it was fantastic. So we had a 90% take-up rate for this new performance management system that was rolled out. The only way I could do that was to have someone to partner with that, first of all, understood my deadlines and understood my requirements, was able to come back very quickly and turn around something that was a very high calibre.
