Maintenance of a home, general maintenance, little things, battery changes, etc. The bigger things is project work, capital project work. We will do that as part of our membership services also. We will get you three bids for any specific contractor, whether it be roofer, painting, contractor, etc. We'll give them the scope of the job. We'll review the bids. We'll send them to you, make our suggestion. And then we'll complete the whole process of having whatever you need done when you're not here. We'll make sure you're insured properly by the contractor. We'll oversee the job from start to finish. We'll make sure that the payments that are agreed upon in the contract, when they can get paid and ensure that the work
