Speaker 1: Welcome to this video by EI Design. In our 17-year journey of transforming learning, EI Design has created more than 10,000 hours of custom learning solutions. We've won numerous awards for our innovative and immersive learning designs. Of late, there is a shift from offering mobile learning that features a fixed layout, which is mobile-friendly or adaptive e-learning design, to a dynamic design, which is mobile-first or responsive e-learning design that automatically adapts to the viewable area of each device. Take a look at this video that features seven examples of responsive e-learning designs. We showcase how you can create higher engagement and better learning experience through our responsive designs that are optimized for smartphones. Our seven examples feature great responsive e-learning designs, and in each example, we highlight why we love the design or its strategy. Our first example features a highly sticky learning experience. We love the immersive learning experience and engaging learning journey in this course. It offers short, nugget-based formal training and performance support tools, PSTs or job aids for learners in different formats, such as videos, decision-making scenarios, and gamified assessments. This is not all. We have curated content that is updated periodically so that learners keep coming back for more. Our second example features unique interactions. We love the simple yet intuitive interactivities that emulate a mobile app design approach in this course. The virtual reality VR nugget is our favorite as it offers an immersive and sticky learning experience. Our third example features the usage of video-based learning. We love this approach as it leverages the power of video-based learning in a micro-learning format. Videos in different formats are used for context setting, explaining the concept, providing a solution, and creating a learning summary. Our fourth example features the usage of personalized learning. We love this course for the granularity of micro-learning-based learning paths to offer a personalized and participative learning journey. Our fifth example features an innovative support for compliance training on data security and privacy. The micro-learning format used is that of a parallax website with interspersed learning elements as the learners complete their journey. We love the anchor, an ethical hacker, Dave, who leads the learners through the learning path with highly interesting comments. Our sixth example features an immersive approach for informal learning. We love this course as it features a very real and relatable situation that each one of us would have encountered at the workplace. It uses a decision-making micro-learning format where scenarios drive the learning journey along with a fully responsive design appeal using our custom HTML5 framework. Our last example features the usage of gamified quizzes and scenarios. We love the combination of micro-learning with quizzes and scenarios for higher engagement and better retention of formal training or performance support tools, PSTs, or job aids. We hope the featured examples showcase how you can use the responsive or mobile-first e-learning designs to create better engagement and higher-impact trainings. Thanks for watching this video.
