Speaker 1: Welcome to signup.com. We offer a variety of plans to meet your needs and budget. Our free basic service is packed with helpful features including unlimited signups, mobile signups, and detailed reporting. We offer three levels of individual premium service and we also have plans for schools and organizations. Any plan can go ad-free for a small fee. In this video we will review our most popular features. If you're curious or have questions about any premium feature you can find answers in the FAQ section of our help page. Let's start from the organizer view. Click the signup title from your dashboard and go to the details tab. If you want help managing a signup you can add one or more assistant organizers here. The number you can add is based on which plan you choose. If you want more people in your school or organization to plan their own signups you can add multiple primary organizer seats to your account with our campus and organization plans. Lower on the details tab you can set up custom information fields. We always collect each participant's name, email, and phone number. You can also ask for things like t-shirt size, emergency contact, or dietary requirements. The number of questions you can add depends on your plan type. Premium members can limit the number of spots that one person can sign up for. This comes in handy if you have eager participants and you're trying to maximize participation across your whole group. For example, a swim club could limit signups for lane swimming to four times per week. Another popular feature is the notifications waitlist. Participants can choose to be added to a waitlist if the spot is full. If someone cancels their assignment or you add more spots to your signup, those on the waitlist will receive an email notification and whoever signs up first will get the spot. In the settings tab you can access adding waivers and scheduling premium locking. If you need participants to accept a waiver or photo release, simply add your approved text here. Participants will be prompted to accept the waiver upon signing up. Our premium locking feature lets you schedule a specific time to open or close the signup or set a rolling lock to open and close the signup on an ongoing basis. Back on the main login screen you can access both premium reporting and participant check-in from the my tools menu. Premium reporting offers several custom reports including hours tracking across multiple signups in your plan. Participant check-in allows any supervisor or assistant organizer to check in participants from their smartphone as they show up for an activity. Here in the organize tab you can add a group page which is one URL that hosts multiple signups. All premium plans include unlimited group pages which is helpful for signups with multiple locations, grades, or participant skills. We frequently add new features based on your feedback.
