Speaker 1: GRT Health allows our client in the home to access the health system when they need. We look at the client's profile and we customize the technology based on their needs. By giving them the technology and by giving them the education, they're very comfortable and there's less hesitancy to use. It's a relief because they know that someone is able to help them if the need is there and that they don't need to be there 24 hours a day. We're able to care for our older adults in the comfort of their own home and only rely on hospitals when required. They tend to do better if they're independent and the notion of a holistic, independent care means a healthier lifestyle for our older population.
Speaker 2: When we initially started, we had two clients and we weren't really sure how big the program was going to grow. It grew to 500 and we said, okay, well, 500 is a lot, it seemed like, because nobody was doing this. This was new. 500 became 1,000 and now the program is closing in on probably 7,000 people with the objective to deploy it provincially.

The response we get from families, from institutions as they adopt the technology has been very positively received. We've got videos back from people who literally are crying, thank you. The fact that this program has reached out in a meaningful way and improved their lives. Families are thankful. It gives them a sense of relief.
