Speaker 1: Hello, in this video, I will be showing you how to use Monitor.com for non-profit project management. Now, Monitor.com actually is a work management platform that can help increase collaboration between employers and their team members, and it's a very amazing platform for you. Now, the first thing you want to do is to either access it from your web store, that's the web version of it, or you can simply get it from your app store. And as soon as you have that all set up in your search bar, simply type in www.monitor.com, and you will be redirected to amazing on-screen problems that can help you set up your account, and afterwards, you will be redirected to this amazing homepage. Now, as soon as you're here, the first thing you want to do is to proceed to the left-hand side of your screen, and you'll find the plus button right here, and you just have to click on that right about now. And beneath the domain bar, you can see there's a dropdown of other options. You have new projects, new portfolio, new board, new docs, new dashboard, choose from templates, import data, apps, new form, and new folder. We're going to create a new board, so we're heading straight to new board, and we have that all set up. Now, we're going to be naming this board Nonprofit Project Management, okay? Nonprofit Project Management. Nonprofit Project Management. I'm just going to use the short form of that. Yeah, and we're good to go. Underneath, you can see the privacy of your board. You want to make it just private or public. You can just make your selections there. You select all your margins in this board, items, employees, leads, creative stocks, budgets, campaigns, projects, clients, or whatever you aim. Just head straight to create board, and our board is all set up. Now, as soon as our board is set up like we have right now, the next thing you want to do is to customize your board columns. Include project name, goals, tags, deadlines, and stakeholders. You can see this plus button by the side of your column right here, that column icon. You can just simply add as many columns as you want to to help you ease your workflow, right? And as soon as you're done with that, the next thing you want to do is to add cards for each project, including details such as projects, objectives, budgets, and resources needed. Now, the next thing you want to do is to ensure that this status is all set up. You want to see the progress rate of your tax. Are you working on it? Are you done? Are you stocked? You can have that all in the status column. Now, you can invite team members by this column. You can just simply see it here. You can add persons to the board. You can add your admins. You can add your team members. And you can also invite them to this invite option right there at the top part of the screen there. You can just have that all implemented and utilized and all of that. You can also find the notification page just on top of it also. It's to help know when there are new messages on the board and to carry everyone on the team along. Now, this is exactly how you can use money.com for non-profit management. Trust you got so much value from this video. Thank you very much for watching.
