Speaker 1: So, AI. It's definitely been a hot topic lately. People aren't really sure though if they like it yet, and there have also just been concerns that people could even lose their jobs from it. Hey guys, my name is Preston. I'm a professional recruiter in the technology industry. So today, we're gonna be talking all about AI and how a recruiter might use it and how you as a job seeker could actually benefit a whole lot from it. So, AI. It's definitely been a hot topic lately, especially with things like open AIs, chat GPT, trending all over the news. People aren't really sure though if they like it yet, and there have also just been concerns that people could even lose their jobs from it. The thing is, AI has actually been in use for a while now. From simple search algorithms that study what results people favor to full-on chatbots that handle customer service, AI is pretty common in some form or another. Recruiters, especially ones in tech like myself, have seen the benefits AI-driven programs can deliver. They can help not only the clients seeking new hires, but also the job seekers themselves. So, don't worry. AI won't be taking your job. It might actually help you find one. For today's video, we're gonna dive right in and take a look at five different AI tools recruiters and hiring managers should use. And before we do, don't forget to support a fellow recruiter. Please give us a like, subscribe, click that bell. Really means a lot. Turing. First up is Turing. Turing is an AI-powered platform that connects you to software developers around the world. When you open their website, the first thing you'll see is a list of skills you're looking for in a developer. Whether it's something like in Python, Java, Rails, anything else, really, you'll be able to find it there. Then, using its machine learning algorithms, Turing will then search and connect you to the remote developer best matched for your project. You'll get someone tailored to exactly what your project needs in just minutes. And you'll be able to conduct video interviews, do skill testing, and also check analytics to make sure that your match is truly the right one. What makes Turing so special is that it actually learns from its past experiences. Every time someone uses Turing, it gets smarter and more accurate. The potential for growth with something like this is practically endless, as you can imagine. Building entire engineering teams, a process that used to take weeks or months, can now be accomplished in a matter of days for a fraction of the cost. Dell, Coinbase, Pepsi, and many other top companies have used Turing for their hiring needs. With access to over 1.5 million pre-vetted developers worldwide, it's no wonder why. Give it a try and see if it's a right fit for your business. Paradox. Have you ever wished for an assistant to help you throughout the hiring process? An assistant that had access to a large database of information, was present 24-7, and always ready to help? That's what you'll get with Olivia, an AI helper that comes paired with the Paradox suite. You can start chatting with her right away, and after a brief few questions, you'll start to see options about proceeding further. If you're someone looking for a new job, just upload your resume, mention what you're looking for, and right away she'll connect you to companies that are hiring. She'll even help with scheduling interviews as well. As a recruiter or hiring manager, Olivia will connect to your calendar and take care of the repetitive tasks, such as scheduling and reminding candidates about interviews. She can even schedule onboarding, orientating, and even do events. This allows you to put your focus more on work and get more of your time back, while still being able to reliably schedule people. The time value here is huge and should definitely not be ignored. Oh, and one more thing. Paradox recently acquired Tradeify, a company that was building a database of personality types in the workplace. Paradox took their research and built animated assessment, a short questionnaire that measured someone's openness, extroversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, and conscientiousness. This can serve as just another measure to make sure the person you're looking for to hire will also be a good personality fit. XOR AI Recruiter. For our third platform, I wanted to find one that was a little bit different. You see, most platforms tend to focus on the white-collar professional hires and ignore other important jobs that need to be filled or just do them in mass volume. XOR AI Recruiter is looking to break this trend and has put their focus on blue-collar hires and hourly workers. It's also a small, woman-owned company, super rare in the tech world and super cool and important, in my opinion. XOR has built a chatbot that provides a conversational tone in over 100 languages. Great for multinational companies like IKEA, one of their biggest clients, actually. And by being compatible with WhatsApp, texting, live calls, and also handling repetitive tasks like screening and scheduling, XOR has huge potential to make hiring much, much simpler. It's compatible with several ATM systems and is also able to source clients directly from job boards, career sites, and even text conversations. Beyond that, there's also targeted digital advertising campaigns and virtual career fairs. Non-conversational methods like referral programs and targeting influencers are also used. So all in all, you can be very sure there's never gonna be a lack of candidates. All of this for $500 a hire and in less than five days, according to their website. Not a bad deal, if you ask me. Definitely a good company you should support. SkillAid. Coming in at number four, we have SkillAid. SkillAid starts off by asking the basic questions. Do you spend more time screening resumes than with candidates? The answer for us is usually yes. How do we get around that? SkillAid starts off the process by using its AI to check how you're writing your job descriptions and then offers to modify them, suggesting better keywords and skills. Afterwards, it screens all the incoming resumes against its own database of over 120 million profiles, all sourced from its internal database, mailboxes, referrals, third-party ATSs, and various other sources. The first round screening is completely handled by AR here, so you can be confident that when it's time for you to review potential candidates, they'll be right for the job. Standard industry features such as ATS integrations and resume database syncing are also supported, and it's definitely something you'll wanna use because like other AI, SkillAid will learn from your system too. This is really, to me, what the selling point of AI is. Studying, hiring patterns, parsing resumes, and offering feedback and suggestions is something that would take an entire team of people weeks to accomplish, but an AI only minutes. SkillAid also goes beyond just those tasks and also takes note of candidates' salary expectations, willingness to relocate, and a bunch of other stuff that many AI wouldn't even program to notice. Lastly, SkillAid will also give you a report and breakdown of how the process went. Things like source quality, where you can gauge the talent pool you were drawing from, or rejection reason to see why a particular choice didn't work out. These are all valuable insights that you can take with you moving forward. As recruiters, we're constantly trying to improve our process and look at hard data of our previous work. It's pretty much the objectively best way to do it. ARIA. Last but definitely not least by a long shot on this list is ARIA by LeoForce. According to the company, and I quote, ARIA is the world's first AI recruiting solution that goes beyond AI to deliver artificial intuition to predict applicant success, and it gets even smarter as you use it. With an expansive set of over 300 unique matching attributes, we empower recruiters to discover candidates who are not only qualified, but more likely to succeed in a hiring organization. ARIA doesn't just want applicants who tick off every box listed in the job requirements. They want someone who will be right for the job on all levels. Like other companies on this list, AI is the defining feature of ARIA. It's algorithm sources from job boards, social networks, and its own internal databases. Recruiters can contact applicants from an integrated dashboard that supports emails, texts, and calls, with bot support for scheduling and automated messaging. ARIA comes in four distinct varieties, each one suited for a different level of integration. It's here that ARIA really sets apart itself from other platforms. So let's take a closer look in what it's actually in those. ARIA Pulse is their basic package, ideal for someone who wants to try out the program and see if it's right for their business. For a flat fee of 599, you'll receive a list of pre-vetted AI-sorted applicants based on a job info you provided. ARIA Fusion is their next tier, offers up more integration and tools for your business, a larger selection of candidates, a deeper AI-backed dive into applicant, and diversity options are all features you can expect. Their AI, or advanced intuition, promises to find applicants who will not just be right for the job, but will excel at it. That diversity integration is also a welcome feature and will work to eliminate unconscious bias that may exist and help your company meet its diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Next up is ARIA Quantum, which is in many ways similar to Fusion, but offers full integration with any major ATS or CRM tools that you have. For businesses that already have their software set up, starting over is an expensive and time-consuming ordeal, so having a new service that seamlessly integrates is a major plus. Another cool feature of diversity integration is also an option for neurodiversity, so people who may be on the spectrum, for example, or neurodivergent in some other way are not wrongfully discriminated against. Time and time again, we have seen people who are neurodivergent become very successful and skilled at their jobs, so this inclusion is a very welcome one. ARIA Concierge is LeoForce's white-glove, For an agreed-upon flat fee, they will literally take care of everything. You're connected with a personal recruiter, also an expert on the ARIA software, who will gather information about what the job requires and begin the search for only the absolute most viable candidates all backed by the AI. With a guarantee of at least three qualified candidates, you'll be spending less time searching and interviewing and only need a little bit of time hiring. The time savings are absolutely huge with this one. They also send you the full details of all the qualified candidates they find, so if another position opens up, you have people you can contact right away. Definitely a wonderful bonus. If you have a highly competitive or specialized role at your company that you need the best of the best, this is the option you wanna go for. So guys, this just about wraps up this video for today. Let me know in the comments what you thought, and if you have software you think I might've missed. It can be tough sometimes to decide which ones to include or not, but I try to give you guys ones that are different from each other and have unique features. AI can seem like it's gonna be a massive disruptor to the workforce, but the truth is, I think it's gonna be a big help. When you see AI being used as tools for recruiters, you can definitely see that it's being used to find people jobs and get them employed, not take away their jobs or replace them. AI, in my opinion, is a useful tool, but it's never gonna completely replace people. I really appreciate and thankful for you watching. Don't forget to support a fellow recruiter.
