Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Melissa and I'm Customer Success Manager here at Actinel. We're excited to show you how to easily set up and maintain a campaign in your employee app by following a few steps. Communicating campaigns to your team is crucial to keep them informed about current and planned activities of the company that goes for both external and internal campaigns. When you run a campaign, it is a great way to stay in touch with your employees, strengthen your company culture, and increase your employees' enthusiasm and motivation. We'll just show you how to easily set up, update, and launch an internal campaign for your organization. Since it's the holidays very soon, it will be the perfect opportunity for me to show you how to create an employee campaign around Christmas. Before we begin, remember that attached to this video, you have several resources you can use, a PDF with a list of all the things you can use to bring the Christmas spirits around your company, and also some templates and pictures that you can use for your own campaign. Let's jump to it. I am going to enter the front page of my employee app and insert my banner on the top of the app to really show from my app front page that we're running a campaign and create a lot of excitement. So I'm going to start by creating a grid. I want the grid to have three tiles per row, so I'm going to just build quickly three tiles. And I'm going to upload a background image that I will find on my computer. There we go. I'm also going to set the color of the borders and of the overlay to zero, so we can see the picture. And I'm going to drag and drop the banner on top of my front page. Now, maybe for example, we want to guide our employees to a nice Christmas cookie recipe for the first week of this campaign. So for each tile here, I am going to have the action to direct to URL. So I'm going to select Go to URL, grab a link of a cookie recipe that I found, and paste it. Same goes for the two other tiles. Go to URL, paste the link, and the same for the last tile. There we go, save. Now we have a clickable banner on top of our front app page. If I want to get an insight of how it looks like from the employee app, I'm going to click on Preview and just click on the banner. And there I see that my employees would be guided to the recipe that I wanted. There are other things you can build and other ways you can link this banner. For example, we can create a message that will guide to a video that, for example, our CEO has built to wish our employees a happy holiday. Let's try that. I'm going to go back to my message list, create a new message. I'm going to insert a video that I have embedded from YouTube. So here again, I'm just going to get the link of the video that I've prepared here. There we go, I select. There we have the video. Remember, whenever you put a video, it's always nice to insert some engagement modules to give our employees the opportunity to engage. So I'm going to insert a like module and a comment module underneath. There we go. Now, the last step to do, we are going to name the video, there we are. I'm going to go back to the front page and link the banner to this new message. As we did before, for each tile, I'm going to change the action. That would be go to message, video Christmas, and repeat. There we go. A last example, I am quickly going to show you how to do the same, but with a nice picture instead. How you can quickly do this is by simply duplicate the previous message, saying, yes, I want to copy. I'm going to change the title and say image. I'm going to remove the video because I want a picture instead this time. I'm going to choose my image from the content library, there we are, put it on the top. Same here, I can leave my engagement modules so that employee can engage. And again, here, I'm going to change the banner from the front page to link to this last message. So just to give you a last preview of how it's going to look like as an employee, I'm going to have the banner. If I click on it, I'll be guided to the picture, I can like, and I can comment. There we go. So I've showed you how to easily and quickly create some internal campaign around the Christmas spirit, but you can also use this for many other campaigns in your employee app.
