Speaker 1: This is a Word function that you may not know and that can be useful in any mode. You will go to the Start tab, in the Voice section, choose Transcribe. In this side panel that opens, you will choose the language of the audio file. These are the compatible formats. Click on Load Audio, look for the file and then on Open. Now wait a few seconds for the audio transcription to finish. And that's it. Word gives you the option to add only the text to the document, or if you want, you can also add the time frames and the name of the speakers. If you hover the cursor over the text, you can click on this pencil icon to change the name of the speaker. And you can also edit the transcription in case it requires some kind of correction. If you click on the time frame, the audio is automatically played from that time, so you can listen and make some kind of correction if necessary. This player also has an adjustment to change the playback speed, which will be very useful when you have a very long audio file. And if you click on the file name, it will take you to the OneDrive page, where it will make a copy of the file. If instead of loading the audio, you choose to start a recording, it will also automatically save on your Microsoft account.
